What you mostly learn from big strong athletes in these food videos: other than eating much more protein than the average person, it's normal goddamn food, cooked yourself, mostly whole foods, and simple. Consistency is what matters most.
Food becomes fascinating when you start training and realize its importance. I always want to see the food the athletes are eating, the breakfast spreads, the dinners and such. It's not the sounds--I prefer conversation take place during the meal--but to see what and how much is being eaten...
I agree with you and Mitch that eating on camera is weird. We all know how that works. But seeing the meal plan is neat, though. Just normal food like the rest of us eat, just in different amounts and with more specific timing.
I find myself impressed at how i watch your videos all the way through even thought they arent 50% or more focused on comedy. Ya'll are knoledgable, entertaining enough, pleasant as hell, and i find your wh9le vibe and your happy family calming. Thanks, you two!
I really love how you include your wife into your video and have her as an talking partner, rather then just having a monologue with the camera. And of course thanks for the insight into your nutrition :)
Had a comp a few weeks ago and the next one in 1 week. A few days before I eat way less carbs and on comp day I dont eat untill weight in (2 hours before start) so I make my -105kg weight class :D I am a little jealous of the open class just for the comfort of eating normal
every now and then its good to see a vid on an athlete/Strongman's current diet especially leading upto a comp --- dont have to film the actual eating part lol --- just to see that your there in the kitchen yourself cooking and meal prepping and what your eating is just reletively normal that we all can get our sleves but for people starting out to learn that food needs to start to become fuel and start thinking what and when to put in certain foods -- when to add extra carbs and little thinigs like extra salt in the system --- so would love to see a follow up vid of day of eating on a more stricted diet now the show is over -- what will you be eating and doing to drop abit of weight?
Uncle Loz with the Teddy bear should be the thumbnail for this video, lol! Also, ASMR content isn't just eating sounds, that's just one trigger (which most people hate) but you might enjoy other triggers such as whispering, tapping, crinkling, page turning, or the sound of rain / waterfalls, etc. You just need to find what works for you!
Watching people eat is super awkward. That being said, I always find what athletes are actually having very interesting. Some of us who aren't competing or just don't have the spare cash can't spring for a nutritionist, so seeing how the pros do it and why is always good info. Good job avoiding some of the actual chewing, though, Auntie Liz. I do appreciate that. Lol!
OMG I'm so on the same page as Liz! Those commercials with all the cutting, pouring, chewing and drinking sounds make me cringe. The frying sounds don't bother me because I can pretend that it's raining.
I remember as I was a teen I started noticing my dad making weird sounds whenever we were having dinner to the point I got disgusted out so hard hearing these pig sounds. It drove me mad so I didn't want to eat at the same time as him anymore or literally had earplugs in with music loud. I hated him for it and now many years later whenever I visit I still get reminded, oh wait I can't eat at the same time as him. I thought it couldn't be any worse but I also have a friend who's IS tho. He's never learned table manners at all and he eats with his mouth open and all kinds of sounds come out of it. God...
Recently abandoned GSN products. Their chicken just isn't good value for money and so many other companies offering the same product now. Shame their other stuff is so expensive for what you get.
Liz, I cannot stand people eating. Of course I want people to eat in principle, but don't want to watch it. I will say that Thor is a very dignified eater in his videos, and Martins (OK I probably look like I watch strength food vids now).
Hey Loz. I’m vegan. As part of my journey I have spent a good amount of time looking at the health benefits of a whole food plant based diet. There are some really concerning long term health impacts from eating a lot of meat (cancer, heart disease, stroke etc). I know you take your health seriously, so i wondered how you think about this issue. I know there is still a lot of debate in the health industry on diet approaches so it is important to keep an open mind and listen to both sides of the argument. I would be happy to send over some stuff for you to look at from leading health centres.
@MB Veganism doesn't cause malnutrition and the only supplement needed is B12. My daughter is a 25 year old Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with an MS in Dietitics who took it upon herself to become a vegan at 11. She couldn't justify to herself the killing and eating of animals.

As someone whose body is 25% garlic by choice, I sympathize. (Sorry Liz)
Boogz would be proud
I don't (sympathize with Liz). Garlic is Love, Garlic is Life.
I love the honesty from guys like Loz and Mitch, none of that "I eat 12,000 calories and 600g of protein every day bullshit
coffee before bed!!!!!!

Thank you so much for doing a food video that skips the eating part! The information is great without the gross factor!
These full day of eating videos are honestly quite interesting. Thanks big Loz for doing another mate. Cheers

Luke with an ice cream is obscene and Eddie Hall eating a banana 🍌 never gets old 😂
Awesome content mate! Thanks for everything you do on TH-cam ❤

You are an inspiration. Nothing is ever easy but you show millions of people what hard work at anything you love to do comes with a smile.
Not a big fan of watching people eat, however meal prepping is pretty easy and you can be creative with it. Good tip about the Himilayan salt.
Always fun to see Baby Liz.
awesome I’m glad to see you back competing
Have to admit my fave is also the Katsu Curry Breaded Chicken, I'm not that keen on any of the others so I just order all Katsu. :)
I really love how you include your wife into your video and have her as an talking partner, rather then just having a monologue with the camera.

I work at the coop 😮 I feel your pain 😢

I'm 100% with Liz on the eating sounds. Can't cope!
When Uncle Loz said back further. So funny. Eating plenty of good food.
Please more videos like this 😊
Awesome Big Loz. The secret to eating garlic is to make sure everyone eats it that way no one can complain.
Can you list the supplements you take? Thanks

A good dad.
Totally agree Liz - can’t abide the garlic 😅
Ahh yes food videos are always the best!
How does one have too much garlic? Not sure that is possible.
Loz man, you need to align your cupboard doors. 6:30, it's making me shudder.
You can take the garlic from my cold, dead hands!

What we talking cost per day?
It worked❤
How did Jack do?
OMG I'm so on the same page as Liz! Those commercials with all the cutting, pouring, chewing and drinking sounds make me cringe. The frying sounds don't bother me because I can pretend that it's raining.
Couples challenge would be fun
😊
I’m with Liz, I hate the sound of people eating. My brother-in-law drives me nuts when he’s eating a bag of crisps 😡
Don’t get it twisted…….SHE IS THE STAR of your channel. Lol. So frikn cute.
Himalayan sea salt 😮
Not gonna lie i thought that bread you were eating was toaster struddles 😂

And the weird thing is whenever I hear my cats eat fresh meat that I cut up I have no problem with it at all, even find it enjoyable to listen to.
Sounds like misophonia, Manu people suffer from it
RICE?!? Definitely Rice. . . .. . . .
Brian Shaw enters the chat 😂
As long as I’m eating too, then I don’t mind hearing others eat. But if I am not eating? Forget it I can’t be around others who are eating.
Has someone done a photoshoot ?? Smooth forearms and very trimmed looking beard and head ,
Turkey bacon looks delicious
A vegan mentioning that it's important to keep an open mind on nutrition. Ok.
I officially eat more than you now, and I’m Still smaller 🤣!
I also hate loud eaters Auntie Liz. It puts me off a meal
I'd eat all that pasta in 1 go! 🤣
I sleep with a sound machine of chewing noises of different foods 😊😊😅
I love me a good Japanese curry. Good choice.
💙❤️💙❤️💙❤️💙❤️

I will say that Thor is a very dignified eater in his videos, and Martins (OK I probably look like I watch strength food vids now).
Listening to Luke eat can be difficult
I don't even like hearing myself eating, let alone any one else.
Please enjoy Korean culture and food
Fish and a rice cake
lol good job
I think the thing I enjoy most about eating videos is how uncomfortable it makes you, Mitch etc

pls don't indoctrinate our Uncle Loz into the cult

@@MB-dk5pq India is heavy on diary products, that's hardly vegan
Strongman TH-cam needs new ideas.
Coop sucks😂😂
I hate ASMR makes me nauseous
Omg hearing people eat is the worst, like turbo annoying to the point I have to watch something so I don’t punch myself in the face 🤣
I hate asmr
Ah yes the life of not going to a job and punching in and out is amazing while sporting Versace clothes lol at least me
I eat more than this why can’t I stay over 200lbs 😢
