Mujhe to yah jankari bahut hi acchi lagi kyunki mujhe nahin pata tha ki
    1. Seeds ko direct kabhi nahi khana chahiye ulta fayde ke bjay nuksaan hi krenge.
Behtar hoga ki inhe roast karke hi use me laaya Jaaye ya phir inka powder bnake atta dough me bhi use kr sakte hai. Baki smoothies me to ham add krte hi hai .
    2. Mix fruits ki jgah agar one fruit at a time khaayenge that is better for fast absorption. Don't mix fruits, skip fruits chaat , if want then separate citric fruits from sweet fruits.
    3. Cashews ko either soaked or roast karke khaana (for weight gain/weight loss check video). Swaad ke chakkar me adhik nhi khaane. Max. 7-8 per day.
    4. Hamari diet me daal to shaamil hai lekin phir bhi kyu ham vitamin deficiency se juj rahe h.. uska 1 Karan ho sakta hai ki
Sabhi daal ko try na karna.. dusra unko 4-5 hrs ke liye soaked hi rakhna chahiye then soaked water and daal should be cook for full benefits. Even don't forget to use Mitti bartan
    for cook for maximum benefit.
Avoid aluminium utensils. Daily use of aluminium utensils invites Cancer.

I appreciate him because in past there were more harmful products brands who gve promotion to video and he rejected them and promoted non harmful brands so in that time audience were not aware about harmful products and now every cosmetic brand is trying to link there product with ayurveda and fit tuber only suggest non harmful brands so in this way he changed the system
Its look easy but in tough time when wind is reserve its difficult to survive the career and to do work with determination everyday

Dal colored fleece jacket 😂 looks good on you. As for flax seeds which people consume for omega 3 fats, I have read that the omega 3 gets destroyed by roasting or heating. After making powder, it needs to be refrigerated and still consumed within a certain time. If added in chapati dough and roasted on tava, the oil in flax goes rancid and is basically useless. People roast flaxseeds and add to saunf to make a mouth freshner. You can actually taste the rancid taste in it. Omega 3 fats are the most delicate fats that go rancid easily. So it is better to powder the raw flax seeds and use the powder in raita or sprinkle over curries rather than adding before cooking. My 2 cents.

    • @liraparadise
      @liraparadise 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

raw flax seeds or most of other seed/nut/pulses contain antinutrients and phytic acid which makes their bio-availability less and hence doesn't get absorbed by body in its full potential and hinders absorbtion of other nutrients from other foods due to phytic acid.

I wouldn't say that Omega 3 fats are the most interesting thing about flaxseeds. If they were, given the quantity you eat, I don't even think it would be worth it.

Fruits are primarily composed of water, fiber, and simple sugars, which makes them much easier to digest compared to heavier foods like proteins or complex carbs.
Different fruits contain different enzymes that help break down their sugars, but these enzymes typically work in harmony. For example, pineapple contains bromelain (which helps digest proteins), while papaya contains papain. Even if you combine fruits, the enzymes usually don't interfere with one another because fruits are so easily digested in the stomach and small intestine. In fact, mixing fruits with different digestion times doesn't generally cause issues because the digestive system can break them down effectively, even when mixed.
In general, unless you have a specific digestive issue (like IBS or food sensitivities), mixing fruits together should be fine and even beneficial for your overall health.

I think the rice variety with brown coloured skin on it is the best. It doesn't really look great but I have been told it's best since it's a local variety. We just call it desi chawal in odisha 😂. Idk what's the actual name of it.

    Iam from Tamilnadu.
People here rarely cook rice along with water.
    Most of them strain it.
Coz of the carbs in it give a bloating effect.
Adults above 40 can strain n eat rice.
I was given this way when I was 5.
Iam 60 now n don't ve diabetes, bp or any problem.
I feel the starch in rice, keeps away from diabetes.
