yes, part 3,4,5..... and more
Being a villager surrounded by people who earn their bread and butter through selling vegetable, I can confirm, all those information provided by Vivek bhai, is absolutely true.
Kudos to you Vivek bhai for the commendable work and help everyone out through ur depth of knowledge & wisdom. 🙏🙏🙏
But Whatever he said about capsicum is false
Fit bhaai, wonderful video ! I would like to share my experiences and add few points. ☺️
1. Capsicum : it will show light orange or light red colour when it starts to overripe. Green chillies, too, show such characteristic property. Finally, they become fully light orange, light red or red in colour and shrink in size ( during over ripening process, if large percentage of water is lost, green chillies become exactly like dry red chilli ). When green capsicum or green chillies start showing light orange or light red patches because of over ripening, it is a direct indication that they are now more spicier. Use them carefully because now they are not medium spicy. Don't touch their seeds with bare fingers ; the burning sensation won't go easily.
2. Cabbage : if it's rotten from inside, will definitely release a very foul odour. Cabbage contains high percentage of water, so rotten cabbage will leak if it is picked up ; depending on how much it has rotten.
3. Brinjal : if it's fresh, it has approximately 90+% water (by weight) in it. Fresh brinjal will not show needle-tip-thin tiny holes over its purple surface, its surface will not show wrinkles along the longitudinal, it will feel completely hollow from within, and the stem will be very soft. Tiny black colour spots indicate chances of infestation within the brinjal. However, if you need to buy slightly old brinjal, that's fine too. You just need to ensure that the stem is not brown in colour, the purple surface has no black lines and wrinkles, and the bottom is still close to white colour ; it should not be yellow. Fresh brinjals will have a slightly sweet taste and have a soft, watery texture. Old brinjals will get cooked in oil and water, but they will taste much bitter.
Informative content. The amount of research which u do for your videos is appreciable. Thank you Fit Tuber
How many of you observed that the vegetable vendor still sold 1kg cauliflower for 100rs😂
50 rupees actually 😁
50 rs half a kg... Still it was what he told.. 😂😂
He denied to take 100 rupees per kilo but agreed 50 rupees for half kilo!
Ye to sabhi hi gaur kiye hain bhai
Yes..of coirse
purchasing of cabbage and cauliflowers is a scary thing because washing it would not completely remove the pesticide due to its peculiar texture. Instead of selecting spotless flowers , I will choose the one even if it has worms in it ( which proves that it can survive that kind of environment). only thing in that case i may not use it for salads, but cooking removes and kills all kinds of worms etc.
@@swarnan4221 oh damn, we have been fans of cabbge, seems time to reduce using it
When cabbage and cauliflower, spinach are brought home, soak it with salt water to remove dirt and worms and then rinse it and use for cooking
Please make a part 2😊😊. This video was very helpful.

Thanks, was looking for the one. Add more info about other fruits
Thankyou once again vivek sir for making this informative video! Highly appreciate !👍👍👏👏🙏🙏
1:26: A ripe apple should be firm, heavy, and have a brown stem.
2:23: Capsicum with four lobes is sweeter in taste, while capsicum with three lobes is more bitter.
3:01: Greener cabbage is higher in chlorophyll.
5:48: Choose sturdy and thin medium-sized carrots.
6:20: Check for worms and discoloration in cauliflower.
6:56: Pick lighter purplish brinjal and press to check its perfectness.

Meus agradecimentos do Brasil.

Can I use vitamin c face moisturizer on sunlight?
Please reply me....
Good suggestions.. Thank you very much. Pls create more such content
I like your videos however, I would like to clarify that for cabbage, you said it should be heavy for its size.. No, its the opposite.. Cabbage should be very light for its size. Remember cabbage is a leaf so it should be light ...if it is heavy it means that the middle stem portion has grown much and you are feeling the weight of it.. Check next time when you buy!
Thank you so much for giving us the honest opinions for so long.

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her
its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my relationship of 12 years ended, but i couldnt just let her go i did all i could to get her back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counselor who helped me bring her back

Plz make video on anti pollution mask , anti bacterial mask
Thanks for your all videos❤️.. Pls make a video for runners. that what should we do while running. how should we run that we stay out of pain like shin pain etc..
I don’t understand one thing here. Harmful chemicals kills the microbes in the yield. If you grow veggies or fruits at your home you know some vegetables are prone to get these worms unless you use chemicals to kill them which is not good for health. My issue is why promote on wormless, colourful produce which could be adulterated for the same reasons. What I usually do and my mom does is we buy veggies and fruits locally and store them not more than 3 days. Before we cooked, we
wash them completely. And cook the veggies properly. Even with fruit don’t store it more than 3 days. Fruits and veggies are perishable and we need to understand them. This video creates just a reason to use colours and harmful pesticides
Thanks for this informative and very useful video 😊

Please further expand this list
It's awesome
Vivek bhaiya next time please try to recommend desi papaya over hybrid ones coz desi papayas are way more healthier and sweeter than hybrid papayas.
Sir, how to know if desi or hybrid?
these days whatever we get from market, had almost no seeds at all and takes so long to ripen,
Mangoes, Bananas, Papayas etc.are artificially ripened using Carbides. There was a huge crackdown in my city by the Collector himself who was fond of Papayas, he used to get sick on regular basis even after consuming healthy food, he ordered to examine the Papayas in the lab where they found they have been adulterated by artificial sweetners and colors. It would never been possible for a common man to ponder about. PS: An apple a day could make you one step closer to the doctor nowadays. Be careful.
everything seems to be adulterated with chemicals these days, thats why increasing cancer and other health issues

U r the right person to ask one question. Palak is rich with iron and paneer is rich with calcium. How come the combination of these two is good for health? Normally doctor say if you take iron tablet the don't take calcium tablet immediately. Rather keep a gap of breakfast and lunch. Then how come palak and paneer is a good combination?
But a few holes on spinach or leafy greens say their pesticides exposure is less. Can we still use them after washing in salted water before chopping?
Very useful video thank you for sharing👍👍
