Thanks ji, very useful.. I use a 5.5 ltr aluminium cooker for 1 person.. where my requirement is only 3 lts cooker.. i purposely bought a bigger one because I do NOT cook directly in the cooker. I place a stainless steel vessel inside and cook rice and dhal in it.. this way, you do not get the hazards of aluminium leaching into the food.. at the same time, cooking is very fast because of all the metals you mentioned, aluminium is the fastest heat conductor.. and that is the reason why in triply stainless steel, the middle layer is aluminium.. In south india we seldom cook directly in the cooker(without inner vessel) unlike the rest of India

The coffee one is pure bullshit. You can have one cup a day and it won't affect your health much, except mild addiction. During exam month I have coffee everyday, and there's no health degradation during this phase. My cousin who is has a MD in internal medicine also does the same. The point is you can hardly have 3g of coffee in a cup, thats 100mg caffeine. You get some of the mild symptoms at 250mg dose and most of the symptoms at 400mg. So unless you're chugging 10 cups a day, youre fine.

I disagree with you on Chicory. As a Tamil Iyer Brahmin, we buy and use pure coffee WITHOUT Chicory. So, yes, caffeine is a drug, addictive, and so how do we use it?
Of course, with moderation and care. I would not go for de-caffeinated or any Chicory.

Mishri - goes through the same process as the table sugar. To make Mishri, another step is taken. The clear sugar solution is concentrated to higher viscosity. Which during drying process create larger crystals. The bleaching of boiled sugar cane forms a colorless sugar solution which leads to various size of crystals.
In India, there is so called table sugar with fine crystals. “मोटी चीनी” has bigger crystals of various densities. Powdered sugar is formed by grinding fine crystal sugar & packed.
Vivek ji, please ascertain the sugar manufacturing processing & correct your presentation video.
    I am an ardent follower.

      @@dakshitagaur6212 Ji
I know what he is talking about.
It’s a myth that Mishri is healthy.
If you visit a sugar manufacturing plant, you would understand what I am saying.
I have visited one of such plants.
Two sweet things healthy are the Sugar Cane & the dark GUD
(गुड़). When sugar cane juice is boiled to evaporate the water content, it keeps on changing color. Before it is completely saturated (caramelized) the boiling process is stopped.
That concentrated liquid goes in two directions
      .- Gud packaging
      - Sugar Manufacturing: Once the bleaching processing is done chemically, the liquid turns colorless. Same color as Mishri.
Many many many years ago, 🇮🇳 used to use Gud & not sugar/mishri. This process of making sugar came with British.
The sugar from West & Ghee processed from Cows Milk from 🇮🇳 got into political issue in western corporate. Sugar lobby was stronger and won, Ghee was declared unhealthy, while in reality Sugar was unhealthy all the time, still is. Recent studies are confirming
      - Ghee is good for health
      - Processed Sugar in any form is unhealthy
Despite, what all I have written,
I would like to hear your side of story.
How is Mishri Healthy, please no hearse (सुनी सुनायी बात नहीं)?
      Search
      Rock Candy Wikipedia
      On the net & browse.
It will be an interesting read.
      Crystallization process is
Amazing, product is so aesthetic, beautiful.

And, it is better to keep sweets and sweeteners only for special occasions. Since the products mentioned here are generic, the brand names on the thumbnail could have been avoided.

Fit bhaai, the article highlighted the negative effects of pressure cooking. It said pressure cooking method - and also cooking food by using any other methods at high temperatures - destroys the nutrients like, vitamin C, etc. So pressure cooker kaa material is not a point of concern. We should stop using pressure cooker. However, if we are using basic food items like, raw rice, or any other food consisting of nutrients which do not get affected by the temperature and pressure, then we can continue using pressure cooker. Also, plain water should be used to produce saturated steam, instead of using oil ( for partly cooking the vegetables inside the pressure cooker ) + water ( to produce steam to completely cook the food ) combination to pressure cook the raw food.

I think I’ll taste if something is not coffee. I even taste if the brand of coffee is inferior. I have a special machine where you put beans in, and coffee comes out. Drink it black and without sugar.
I have a stainless steel pressure cooker. Never seen brass pressure cookers in the Netherlands.

Hey... the solution is not to banish coffee, but to learn how to consume it correctly, especially in terms of time and quantity (and always without sugar). Coffee, in the right measure, is beneficial. It is present in cosmetics such as creams, shampoos, perfumes, medicines, drinks, etc.. The world has not yet come to know all the benefits of coffee plantation leaves and flowers, that is, coffee. Until today, the best and most perfect coffee in terms of quality is coffee from Minas Gerais, in the interior of Brazil

Here in the West the thinking is that it's best to eat no sugar of any kind, for one thing it promotes diabetes.
So maybe you shouldn't say that there is a "good" form of sugar that you can eat as much as you want of.
