Two months later I’m still pretty messed up from it. She out of no where ended things sent my house key back in the mail. Said thank you for showing her good men still exist. Was the best three months I’ve probably ever spent with someone. The whole time I was convinced she was more into me than I was her but I adored her also. She blocked me and I haven’t heard anything from her ever again. These avoidant videos give clarity but it’s still hard to think how I’ll find something like that again. Been out here dating for a while (I’m 33) and I was convinced that was the one. It is indeed very traumatizing. Not sure how these people sleep at night.

My ex-bf walked away twice with no real explanation to go back to his ex. He is avoidant and I think she is too or she is a narcissist. I am heartbroken. When he came back the last time, I had to say no. I don’t trust him. Sick of being hurt!

Your example was almost like you had a script to my last dating stage of 2 1/2 months with a girl. It was phenomenon until I asked her to be official around the 2 month mark, said to hold that thought then 2 weeks later. Boom. She says she wants to be done.
