      Don't know if it helps but I was having terrible insomnia until I realised I had a huge calcium deficieny. I don't consume much dairy and generally neglect Green vegetables... So if you're like me and sleep is a problem try calcium. Like lots of it 😅

    psych meds never helped with my ocd magnesium glycinate helps witih my ocd alot im finally in control for the past 3 years also anti depressants only helped me about 50 percent alpha lipoic acid stopped my depression 100 percent i been taking both for the past 3 years

      and magnesium is alot more safer to take then psych meds if u have ocd try magnesium first and see if it works for u some people have more severe ocd then others so it may or may not work for u
