- This is a 10 minute booty workout to build your booty and grow your glutes. You can use ankle weights for better results and to make your booty rounder. I love this 10 minute workout, it’s one of my favourites for a butt lift.
I use 2kg per each ankle weight, you can also do it with more or less or without if you don’t have them.
Combine this workout with my other booty workouts for better results and you can do this workout from home.

I love your workouts and do them several times a week but I wish you would have breaks between exercises so I can readjust my position and not have to constantly pause and rewind.

It not only has the effect of growth but of course these exercises help you to get toned and to make your butt visible 😊

With these exercises you’re not going to see substantial butt growth. These will lift and tone, but without heavy weights you’re not really going to see an increase in your butt size.
