  • This workout is a part 2 of my already existing Booty Growth & Lift Workout on the floor. I love this short and intensive workout so much because it gives your butt a nice lift afterwards and makes the booty pop out.
    This workout is for you when:
    - you are knee injured or have knee problems
    - you don't like squats or jumps
    - you enjoy to lay on the floor while working out (like me :D)
    - you want to grow your glutes and make that booty look round

    This was brutal. I sweat more for these controlled floor routines then mindlessly jumping around for hiit.

    This is in my weekly routine now. I like how you balance pulse and hold moves for a full muscle activation. This was the first time I did the whole session without a pause. My sweat can confirm it !

    This is the first booty workout where I’ve really felt it in the🍑 my only complaint is that we missed the leg hold for the right leg at the beginning, other than that I love this workout🧡

    Klasse Workout, man spürt es sogar ohne Equipment 😍🏋🏽‍♀️ Aber kann es sein, dass da etwas fehlt? Die ersten vier Übungen bei dem linken Bein: Leg lift, Leg Hold, Side leg lift, Side leg hold. Beim rechten Bein kommt allerdings kein "Leg lift Hold" wenn ich mich nicht täusche? 🙈 Ansonsten alles super 💖

      @@vero8681 Hatte erstmal nicht hingeguckt weil ich mir das vom ersten Bein eingeprägt hatte und dann mit dem nächsten genau so weiter gemacht - mich dann aber gewundert warum plötzlich jeweils eine andere Übung kam weil sie durch die fehlende verschoben wurden 🙈

    impossible for me to lift my legs as high as you do. Is that a problem?

    Love the workouts as always but not very ideal for your lower back 😅

      It strengthens it at the same time! Feels like pain but helps you to gain lower back muscles 💪🏼

      Du trainierst ihn gleichzeitig. Also mache es ein paar Mal und du merkst, es wird besser :)

      Your using your back. It’s easy to favor the back for assistance in these leg lifting exercises. Try and keep your legs doing the movement even if it means barely lifting off the ground. You don’t want a back injury.
