  • This is your 15 minute booty & thigh workout to make your butt grow and your thighs more toned.
    I used 2kg ankle weights on each side to make it harder and challenging, and to make the burn bigger.
    These are my favorite exercises to make the butt grow faster and make it look round and strong. Also, the exercises will help you get your inner and outer thighs toned and toned legs in general.

    Ugh, did this after a lunge workout and i definitely cried out and debated stopping. Super challenging workout when paired with another leg workout

    Eu tenho feito uns treinos dela mas percebo que a lombar fica sempre ali ativa e faço até um alongamento no final. Será que não vai dar problema heim? Será que até é bom pra fortalecer? 🤷

    Could you please explain why you didn't do the right leg first and then the left leg? Does it help burn more or does it have some other purpose or is it just a coincidence?

    It is nice but It is Not so hard do you can make a very hard workout.
    On workout that whan you have make that that you do Not can walk Next day.

      You can always use weights/band to make it harder
