    One of my most received questions is "how can i get flexible fast and easy?" welp.. STRETCHING!
    today I'm coming at you with my chill full-body stretching routine for everyday..AND it's completely in bed. Daily stretching is guaranteed to increase your flexibility over time!I really hope this Follow-along will help you to become flexible fast and easy!!

    LISTEN TO MINA!! It's so important to be careful when you're stretching! A couple of months ago I got overzealous and went to far stretching my hamstring. I also probably didn't warm up. It was sore for a month. AWSOME VIDEO MINA YOU'RE DOING GREAT SWEETIE *obnoxious proud mom clapping*

      I got a 15-second-ad so I was really happy, but then a 5:30 minute ad appeared and I wanted to die. Anyways, now I'm able to hold my middle splits against the wall for 6 minutes.

    🚩 Tip: In addition to the middle split stretch Mina showed, you can also sit on the floor, face a wall, open into your split, and ingage your leg muscles to push into the wall. This makes the stretch *active* vs. the stretch Mina demonstrated which is *passive*. Active flexibility may hekp you progress faster and will also make you stronger and can prevent injuries while stretching if done correctly.

    I got two ads, one being 4 and the other being a minute. That means I did that middle split for 6 minutes in total.
    When I say I died, that is one big understatement lol

    here's a motivation if you don't wanna warm up before your workouts (aka story time): when I finally got my first split I got too excited and went to my friend's house right after my workout to show her, funnily enough my muscle tore aaaand it was very. extremely. painful. I couldn't use my leg at all for the next 2 months and I wasn't allowed to train for the next 6 months so pleease please please please do your warm ups before doing any type of training. Thank you :>

    Update: I've been doing this stretch every other morning so far and I really see my flexibility shifting slowly! Would "you ever consider ling a longer stretching video or a second one in general? Also that totally FMU, 3mins almost all together lol. I'm super grateful for this video at a time where my health needs major improvements. Thanks Mina!

    When I do 8:52 I can't do even right angle with my legs. Should I just keep stretching or I'm doing something wrong?

      vxLivixv I have the same problem (I think) my knees are bend but now I push my knees away from me and pull on my calves I don’t know if it helps you but yeah

    Thank you! I am coming back to this video after such a long time and I needed this! Haha before quarantine it was close to doing a forwards split but sadly have never been able to achieve it. And then quarantine hit and I lost any flexibility I had. I can barely touch my toes now (something that's used to come to me naturally). I hope I can use this video over and over in the next few weeks so I can slowly get my flexibility back and better! Thank you for the video~

    I just tried like consciously stretching myself for the first time in my life with this video and it's pathetic how unflexible I am. She was like "It's ok if you can't quite touch your toes" - girl I could barely reach my knees 😹

    I’ve been doing this almost every day, soccer just started up and I get super tight during it. I slowly saw all my progress slip away and I’m really frustrated right now. I’m also gaining weight but I look the exact same. My coach says that’s normal but I’m so pissed
