These are great! I can't tell you how nice it is to find a channel where most of the videos have normal audio instead of blasting horrible techno/dance music throughout. For those of us with sensory issues, who can't listen to that noise while trying to follow a workout routine, this is much needed!
Why does the music suck so terribly on every video?? Madfit is the best

Honestly tried a lot of TH-cam workouts but always come back to Mad. She’s the only one Who makes me feel the burn and also love all the tips she gives during the workout. Love you mad ❤ hope you’ll never stop giving us free workouts!

Did this one today. That 10-minute felt like 30-minute to me because there are some exercises new to me and the weight just makes the whole process even harder. I’ll definitely come back to this one again and try to do better! Thank you!!

But there's nothing you can't find, cardio weight's, equipment free workouts , youga pilates, stretching, and specific workout for ABS arms legs...

I genuinely enjoy this workout like for real I did a break from doing workouts and then some weeks ago I did this and I enjoyed it so much that I’m doing it almost everyday now ❤️ (I do other workouts too but I don’t train abs everyday). The thing is that when we do the Russian twists my lower back kinda hurts and I tried to follow your instructions but it still hurt. Do you guys have any tips I don’t want to get injured.
