    Hi, my name is Bontle and I'm a Holistic Massage Therapist and I use my thumps and knuckles more than my forearms. I always have tension on my forearm and thumb, especially on my left hand because I'm a lefty 🙈

    One of the best videos I have come across on helping thumb pain. I watched quite a few doctor videos in physiotherapist exercises but none talk about message and stretching.

    My thumb is so relieved after trying this. Thank you. Will see how it goes for the next few weeks. Have been doing too much texting and gaming.
    Update:
    By end of today, my hand felt very relieved. Feels almost like normal and the soreness went away. I'm very happy and grateful to stumble onto this tutorial.

    I'd recently had a recurrence of dequervains . I don't thumb text but do play the guitar occasionally. I loved the video and had instant relief. I'll carry on doing this for a while and see how it goes. Thanks

      Oh wow, this massage really helped ease the pain. I’m eighty years old still knitting. The fleshy part of my left thumb has been in so much pain since December 2021. I’ve had pain 24/7 for the past six months. Thanks to you young man, the massage helped 100% God bless 😊

    I'm a hair stylist and my left thumb pad gives me so much trouble from round brushing, combing, etc and this helped SO MUCH. So glad I found this video!

    Yessss,it is working. I've had annoying trigger thumb in my left thumb for almost a year,and,could not do any self massage as the right hand was so bad. Now,after trigger finger release surgery on both right,and,left hand,I will soon be able to concentrate on working on my left thumb. Thank you for great instruction that is easy to follow. Your videos are excellent,and, your presentation super!.

    Hi Spencer. Thank you foe this video. I had EIP to EPL tendon transfer surgery recently resulting from a fall, broken wrist, radius displacement which severed the thumb tip tendon, I think EPL. I am in therapy now and things are moving well, slow and steady, as directed. I am going to incorporate your exercises once I get the approval from my therapist and surgeon. Thanks again.

    Dude, you're my go to TH-cam therapist. I have a million aches and pains and you help me more than any doctor or therapist I have ever seen. I am having a really persistent upper back issue resulting from laying in bed for 4 months due to a ruptured l5s1. Chronic stiffness and pain along the right side of my spine and radiating across my rib cage. Its located about 2 inches lower than where my armpits align with my spine. It constantly needs to be popped or else I would be stiff as a board. PLEASE help me understand what might be going on and how to fix it!!!

    Thanks a ton man! I type, sketch, and game besides fence (as in sport not as in a wall around your yard.) And between those three my wrist and fingers always hurt, especially the thumb. This REALLY helped!

    Oh thank you so much for this video. I have had thumb pain since I started pumping (massaging breast to squeeze milk for my new born). I didnt know what was wrong with me. It even hurt a lot holding my newborn. Now I know what to do. Thank you thank you thank you. I just saw this video and tried some and it's already helping.

    I’ve been an MT for 31 years, and my hands are truly struggling….thank you. Also, I’m sure you’re doing this for demonstration purposes, but resting the arm on your massage table and treating it that way is so much easier

    I've had thumb pain for years now, right now the pad below the bottom joint has mysteriously become reddish-purple. I wear a brace and arthritis gloves at night, unsure if I had the brace too tight. Anyways, followed along your video and it feels much better. I'll be back here. Thank you!

    "Just work the hand." I love it! This has really helped my left thumb. I injured it when I fell...10 years ago! It's been so stiff and painful ever since and no medications helped. Your thumb self massage is the only thing that's given me any relief. Thanks so much!
