    Tip for begginers: for Feel Special's floor routine support your arms on a chair or a couch (an elevated place). Thats the only way I managed to finish the song without fainting in the process 😅 I believe as I get used to it i'll be able to support my body fully on the floor.
    PS: This is so fun! I do it almost everyday, I would love a part 2 with older songs or a Red Velvet version. 🥰

    i was like "this is fine" and then feel special came up :Dd but i love this, its so fun.. i've been struggling a lot eith exercise since i stopped dancing but this made me so motivated and i feel like i finally did something even if it wasnt much

    oh gosh i'd like to believe i'm a somewhat fit person. i workout every day at least 45 minutes (usually hiit, tabata and kickboxing) plus walking. i was gonna do this as a warm up at first but boy am i exhausted. but it's not the completely dreadful and boneless kinda exhaustion, i feel so exhausted but i was so happy after i finished it and i wanted to do more. i also love how in less than 15 minutes you've targeted the whole body and gave it a good workout while making it so fun. this was one of the harder 15 minutes for my body but for my mind it was effortless cos i was having so much. I usually dread shorter workouts cos they are very intense and they try to use every single seconds so you end up dreading every second but with this time flew!

    WOW genuinely loved this entire video! I’ve been doing K-pop dance workouts for about 4 years now ( really motivating and helped me drop -30 lbs) and this is one of my top favorites now. I love how you included both strength exercises and still kept some of the original routine too! Love you girl !

      ​@@KaiKim-ui6oowhen you workout, the weight decrease in beginning is kinda drastic like above comment mentioned. It's water weight and not actual fat. But if you continue it more, the weight loss will happen but more slower. So don't give up and continue working out even if you don't see results and if you feel comfy enough and not exhausting after working out 15min for some days, then try to go for other videos which are 20-30minutes

    I usually exercise for 45 mins and have done for nearly 2 years, but the routines felt slightly repetitive so I almost didnt do it this morning. I'm so happy I did this cause it was so much fun and sparked my love for exercise again! I know to mix up my routines now, thanks!!!

    This workout is absolutely incredible! I’ve lost 5.8 pounds so far and the more I loose it feels like I sweat more during this and my stanima to do it is so much better I’m a teen and overweight I don’t usually stick too workouts but these K-pop dance workouts have been so fun considering that I love K-pop so much

      1200 cals for me and tis workout twice a day wrks wonders!!! Itsonly been a day but ive lost 3 pounds (weighed myself in the morning) and havekeptit off, losing more. Eat healthy, not saying no junk food since i TORE UP 3 pizza slices yestwrday, but be mindful.
      Btw, I'm 14 188.8 pounds as of now! 5'5/5'4 give or take

    Start weight: 139.6 lbs
    Day one: skipped feel special (it was killing me s l o w l y), but other than that complete.
    Day two: fully completed! Feel Special still kicked my ass to Tuesday but nonetheless I finished it.
    Day three: half complete. I did this while everybody was sleeping so I skipped some parts to make less noise. So far I’m having fun doing this as my daily workout :)

    its my 9th day doing this workout. I'm having so much fun with the dance ofc (fangirling with Twice's songs). So I far I lost 3.5kgs with this and doing Intermittent fasting 20-4. (Originally I weigh 185lbs). I will do my best to lose more weight before Twice concert here in the Philippines on Sept 30.

      Its me again (same account owner) - 23days of doing this workout and it feels great so far! I added (Squats, Situps, Pushups, M. Climbers, Glute Bridge, Russian Twist 20reps each/3 sets and planking 30secs / 3sets) on the 15th day til present + this workout so I sweat a lot. HAHAHA I'll keep updating this!

    Hered is my update!!
    I always look for a workout that's fun to do and has the songs I know and kinda resembles a dance since I love dancing. I've always been insecure at how chunky I slightly look, people tell me I'm not slim but not fat either but hey, I wanna be slim and fit 😌.
    I've been doing this for 2 or 3 weeks, sometimes I skip 1 or 2 days due to some things, and so far! Here's my update!! I have a visible thigh gap now 🥹❗️, I thought this workout wasn't working at all but it did! And a while ago, my aunt asked me why I got skinny, her tone was kind of in an insult tone cause here in my country, relatives want us to eat more 🙎‍♀️ and if lost weight it means we're not eating properly 😂, but hey, I take what she said as a compliment! It means my results are visible to other people 😊

    I know a lot have said this, but thank you so much for this workout. It has helped me (among others things) lose so much weight, and not only that I'm not at all bored with it. Even now after I've probably done it over 100 times.
    It has seriously helped me out so much, and I can't thank you enough for making this.

      @@awambye I did it every weekday (so excluding the weekend days). I didn't just use this; however, I also did K-pop random dances when it was possible. I also went on a slight calorie deficit. Of course this will not work for everyone but if you find it works for you great!!
      I've lost about 20 pounds in a few months maybe a little more. Just keep in mind though that the result won't be seen right away. If you stay consistent with it overtime you'll see and feel a difference.
      If you do ending up starting your journey to be healthier I wish you the best of luck

    finally a workout channel that does similar moves to the dance! I usually watch kpop dance stages so much that i know all the key moves or have learned it but just want to workout with it and not many incorporate the actual dance so i get bored easy so thank you so much for putting as much of the key moves as you can.     Starting weight: 46kg (I'm short so I'm a bit chubby)
    Day 1: ✅ it was really hard especially during feel special and I barely finished this (I don't usually exercise)
    Day 2: ✅ My leg muscles hurt A LOT in the morning and because of that it was even harder to do but I did it
    Day 3: ✅ muscles still hurt but less anx it was a bit easier to do
    Day 4: ✅ way easier to do and my muscles barely hurt

    i was fighting the urge not to comment but honestly wow, i've been doing this daily and at the same time it was so easy but so efficent, i felt lighter each time + my balance got so much better in 3 days of doing this, you are a life saver and my kpop twice obsession is also happy lol! but really, these results were unrealistically fast!!

    i'm a beginner (have always avoided exercising bc i have no stamina) but this was so much fun! seeing the dance moves incorporated made it really special for me because i have always always wanted to learn twice dances but haven't been able to commit! i got kind of emotional trying this lol .. will definitely be back for it!

    I do this everyday, along with other workouts I mix and match. I burn around 90-120 calories each time! It’s very fun to do for a workout, and it’s like twice is with me while I exercise!

    When I started my fitness journey, I remember this was one of the first workouts I ever did. I wasn’t able to even get halfway through the Feel Special part. I’m really proud of myself, because now I can do the whole workout twice in a row, with the jumps :)

    Day 1: I only finished the first two, to ease my sef into you. I've maintained weight, do I will began workout agan.

    UPDATE: i forget to upate, but I've doing daily and I'm 185.2
    It's been 2 months.. sorry guys.. but of doing this daily, I'm 177 pounds.
    My ultimate start of my entire weightloss journey was 193. So I'm quite happy. I do this daily.

    I'm so late to this trend but after injuring my leg in a running incident I've been trying to find ways to get moving without too much leg strain and this REALLY helped me get moving in a very beneficial way while not putting too much strain on my leg! It's been the best way for me to workout and helped me keep my motivation to continue my fitness journey 💪

    omg-- im 14yrs old and 65kg. i swear to god i just finished and i kid u not i lost 102 active calories-- and i didnt even do half of feel special- this is amazing-
    also cause its HIIT workout. im still burning active cals even though im done. im already on 119 now after just the time it took me to type this, and im fast at typing--
    edit; after doin it twice (pun intended) ive lost 280 active calories, and i kid u not there going up by the second--
    i really reccomend this damn, ive never done a workout for 30 mins, lost this much calories, sweat buckets and had so much fun in my life
