I started working out / dancing with this routine and I have to say, I love it!! I don't know about Kpop, I just recently knew about it thanks to BTS so, I'm loving it so far!!
the reason why I'm never gonna do this is, that i would literally just sing, rap and dance the original choreography (or at least i would try) the whole time, especially when twice comes on But respect to you for smiling the whole time!
Okay I started this workout today. I'll update you guys as soon as I can Day 1: My body feels really tired but I managed to do the workout without stopping. I'm still sweaty from this workout lol Day 2: I feel so powerful as I did this workout lol. Ngl it was really tiring but I managed to do it. Day 3: done!!! So far, there's no visible effects. But what I can say is that my back is slowly feeling better. Day 4: I got sick that's why I decided to take a break. Day 5: My body feels great. I even lost 1kg in 5 days!!! No diets just this dance. I also did the lazy day leg workout or sumthn. Note: not all bodies are the same. Day 6: Workout done!!! Still no diet changes. Consistency is the key!!! Day 7: One week finally done!!! I've already memorized all the steps so it was not hard for me. My legs feel toned and so is my arms. Day 8: Done!!! Day 9: Done. Day 10: Done. I'm already seeing results. My legs and arms are looking toned and my belly looks great. Day 11: Memorized all the steps. I'm planning to do this for a month. I'll update you guys everyday!! Day 12: Am getting tired of adding explanations lmao Day 13: Done!!! Day 14: Done!!! Day 15: Done!!! Lost 2 inches off my waist line. Day 16: Took a break. Day 17: Done!!! Day 18: Done!!! My waistline started from 30 inches to 27.5 inches!!! Day 19: Done!!! A few more days to go before this workout ends. Day 20: Done!!! My body feels lighter than usual. Day 21: Done!!! 10 more days to go before I end this workout. Day 22: Done!!! Day 23: Done!!! Day 24: Done!!! Day 25: Done!!!

@@shubhras mmmm lol i actually haven't worked out in 2 weeks so thank for reminding me to do something. uhm i think it really depends on your fitness level and your goals. personally for me, this doesn't really help me with losing fat, i need something more intense and a diet (and my diet i mean watching what i eat more and cutting back on carbs and sugar). but i love doing dance workouts, especially teagans, when i want a fun short workout.

You know you really out of shape when something as simple as this winds you. Granted my body is against me anyway (asthma + my knees just waiting for the moment to dislocate themselves + overweight in general) But it seems something that could help me that’s like basic line to start with 😂😂 one day I might be able to get all the way through the video without having to stop Edit: maybe the low-impact ones would be better for me first 😂😂😂 get my knees up to shape first before I start jumping around I don’t need a hospital visit anytime soon

You know you really out of shape when something as simple as this winds you. Granted my body is against me anyway (asthma + my knees just waiting for the moment to dislocate themselves + overweight in general)
But it seems something that could help me that’s like basic line to start with 😂😂 one day I might be able to get all the way through the video without having to stop
Edit: maybe the low-impact ones would be better for me first 😂😂😂 get my knees up to shape first before I start jumping around I don’t need a hospital visit anytime soon
I have a few low impact dance workouts! But yes I think these are such a great way to get into working out and making it enjoyable! You got this!!
