    टूट गए थे बहुत दर्द रहता था और घुटने में सूजन
    भी बहुत रहती थी फिर मैंने आपकी ये एक्सरसाइज जो आप बता रहे हैं एक महीने दिन में तीन बार की ओर बर्फ की सिकाई भी दिन तीन बार मुझे एक्सरसाइज पूरा आराम मिल गया डाक्टर साहब आपको बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद
    जो आप ने बहुत ही अच्छी एक्सरसाइज बताई है नहीं तो मैं सोच रहा था की अच्छे से चल नही

    Tnx sir muje kabaddi se injury hui. Aur doctor per gakar ke X-ray karwaya .Muj per Chala aur baida nhi ja raha tha.Aap jhud manage Mene apki batayi Exercise 20-25 din ki aur me ab pir se khalne aur morning me running Jane laga hu.

    Hello sir, I have partial tear ACL injury on 27/12/2021. My Ortho doctor gave me 1 month fully bed rest with only three types of basic exercise and I have to wear long knee brace while having exercise. Should I start all these exercises you mentioned in video? Or I should waite untill doctors next visit? If yes then tell me which exercise I should do in 1st ,2nd , 3rd and 4th week ?

    Sir complete acl tear.before 10yr in mri.
    But maine exercise se improve kar liya aur normal sari activity kar leta hoo..
    But dr. Ko youtube me sunta hoo...To bolte hai yadi operation nhi karaya gaya to samay se pahle cartilage ghis jayega ..Vagairah..
    Sir ye bhram mera hi nhi ..Jitna young generation ke log isse suffer kar rahe sabhi ka hoga..

    i Hd injury on my knee ligament....long when i was 23, during GYMNASTICS before....now i m much better...now I can do running, jumping...etc...
    but some time at jumping or at an unbalance area...it gets little rotate with sound "kdak" can you suggest me for that..

    Sir i have partial tear of ACL on knee but i dont have any pain and i can stretch and walk easily but there is swelling on my knee which is not going even after full medication and 15 days of excersise. Please help

    Hi!
    I have grad 3 ACL injury, and partial meniscus injury, dr advise for arthroscopy,,,but he said he can fix only meniscus through arthroscopic,,,,not acl,
    For ACL I need big surgery,,,,,,,,,,,need your advice,,,,

      eeska mtlb h......Ur meniscus will get more friction daily and wear out in future. It will lead to severe arthritis after 50 yrs of age.

    Sir mne MRI krai knee ki to usme moch and ligament fta hua bta rahe hai Dr & sir mujhe exercise bhi btai thi same apke jaise to mujhe better lga thoda thoda sidhe chlne lgi hu pair se but dar rehta hai kahi mud na jaye pair and sir knee ke aage ki jo haddi hoti hai vo mujhe knee ko piche ki taraf turn ni hone deti jaise normally hmara knee rehta vse ni ho pata bs mujhe apse ye pucha hai exercise se fata hua ligament theek ho jayega kya? Bcz Dr ne to Surgery bol diya 2 month ho gya hai injury ko pls sir reply kr dijiyega 🙏🏻 and sir hme kya khana chahiye kya nhi ye bhi bta dijiye
