  • 20 Minute MMA Workout You Can Do At Home
    Workout Breakdown :
    Each round consists of 3 minutes
    (1 minute break between rounds)
    Round 1 : Jump Rope
    Round 2 : 1-2-Burpee Tuck Jumps
    Round 3 : Shadowbox (Boxing)
    Round 4 : Shadowbox (Kickboxing/Muay Thai)
    Round 5 : Shadowbox (Added Sprawls)
    You can add more rounds if this is too easy or if it gets easy after doing it a few times 💪
