    Good for muscle memory as well. I’m just beginning to learn Muay Thai. These will be good moves to do.

      I feel you man. Nico is a machine so this is his typical warm-up (a shortened version for TH-cam actually).
      I call my warm-up within the program the "Old Man Warm-Up" for this reason 😁

      go whip some egg whites into stiff peaks, you will be amazed how strong your arms are :D

    This warm up would probably kill me. I need to stop smoking and drinking and get myself to the gym. I’m already a bit of a skinny runt though, won’t muay thai completely emaciate me?
