  • Workout Breakdown
    Jumping Rope : 10 Minutes
    Moving Around : 3 x 3 Minute Rounds
    Shadowboxing : 3 x 3 Minute Rounds
    If this gets too easy, try going faster during the jump rope warm up, or adding more volume during the rounds (punching more) or just adding more rounds. Remember, we always have to push ourselves to be better.

    Brother I mean no hate by this but your footwork has a fundamental flaw, you are bringing your front foot all the way back to your rear foot when skipping around. If someone times you doing that and steps in you will be flattened. I’m not a pro but that’s just my two cents
