    Me and my mom work out together! 🥰
    She went on a diet with so called "universal diet guides" and it made whole lotta difference! I can testify that she lost belly fat more quickly than me (even she's older) 💪 For all middle age woman out there combine your workouts with any of diet guides and you'll see your abs 🚀

    I managed to do this 7 days in a raw, and I am starting the second week. I am happy I have this exercise just for 5 minutes which is perfect for my busy schedule.

    Have not gotten any results using machines at gym. Looked thru TH-cam and found this feel so much more. I am 70 and glad there are videos for my age

I love that you always include a timer to keep track during the workout, and the picture-in-picture previews of the upcoming exercise is so helpful for getting in position to get the full benefit of the time.     Dear Shellea, I've been following you since spring 2020 when all gyms in Germany were closed. Whenever I see your beautiful videos, my heart melts because of your fabulous interiors and beautiful surroundings. 🌴
    I train hard and please my eyes at the same time. 💓
    So maybe you can understand if I'm disappointed with this new video. Everything is white and you seem so tiny on the screen. The exercises are excellent, but I would like to have back the beautiful surroundings, plants, furniture, the sea... But it ist not that bad. Otherwise I just continue to train according to the "old" videos. All the best to you and your fabulous subscribers 🌺

    Found your videos about a week ago and have got a weekly routine made up of your arms, legs, abs and cardio videos. Love that I can get in a 10 minute video before work, and combine a couple in the evenings for a longer work out. My legs are yelling at me as I try to go up and down the stairs...so I know the exercises are working! And love you cheerful encouragement!

    Whoa. Worth it. I am 76 with a bit of a belly that I hate. Clothes do not fit as they should. Soooo going to try for two werks

    After 1 month of doing this exercise daily I have LESS BACK PAIN!!! Whoo Hoo!! ❤❤❤ I'm 47, and generally get a good amount of exercise per week, but have a weak core. Doing these ab exercises is helping me so much! Thank you!! 😊

    I always include abdominal excersises in my Fabulous 50's workouts.
    These new excersises I've neva done so very happy to add them to my routine.

    What a great video to target those abs and help fight that hormone weight that seems to settle in our gut area in our fifties. You always seem to know and bring us new content to help us feel better and be our best in these aging bodies. Looks like Buddy is trying to steal your thunder. He's so adorable!🐾💕

    i liked this, but hard to do for this person with a really big belly (and note to self, don't do this if you're still full from lunch LOL). it made it hard to breathe correctly (the belly, not the lunch. LOL i did try it before eating and still a little difficult). i'll need to do standing ab work for a bit before trying this one again.

    Day one: WOW very burning and painful, but lets see what we can do.
    Day two: did very well this time, did the second one without touching the ground, (starting to see some change.)
    Day three: HOLY SMOKES i was so tired i barley did it but what a workout im getting

    Well I have just finished doing this for my second 14 days. I can do it without stopping no rests and it feels good now will do it once a week. I am now doing your new standup abs for 2 weeks. My measurements have changed and I am pleased.

    I have been doing your stretch, back, hip and knee exercises and introduced the Ab exercises as I have been getting lower back pain and hip pain lately, especially after a lot of lifting or carrying.
    I have to remember I Am not in my 20s, 30s or 40s anymore so have to show my body more respect and gratitude if I want it to keep working for me! 💖
