@@laurieswiftactually I wasn't regular due to school but by eating healthy food like in breakfast a nutrious shake a normal lunch and a glass of milk as dinner a great amount of water. I was 66 on 29 sep and today it's 8 October I lost 1.5 kgs . I used to drink tea twice a day that's why I didn't get the result I wanted .
I did all of them for 5 minutes and this was my progress for those of you who want to know if it’s worth your time: Day 1: 127 ib Day 2: 127 ib Day 3: 125 ib Day 4 I did it for 8 minutes: 123 Day 5: 122 Overall it did work and I lost 5 pounds if I did it for longer I would lose much more. It is worth your time :)

I have gained significant belly fat due to staying at home during the pandemic and it bothers me. I rarely do exercise, in fact, I almost never do exercise.
