    I burst out crying during bear grip/root lock. I'm going through something harder than I ever thought I'd have to experience, but these practices are helping me through it.     Thank you! It is very important the acceptance, and it is difficult to realize this; with kundalini yoga we can make this. Why is so important to concentrate with our mind, on the third eye?

      I was actually asking about the mudra in the final meditation with fingers curled in, middle knuckles touching and thumb tips touching. It is a really cool mudra but I can't find it anywhere. My students are very inquisitive and always want to know names of things, meanings etc. Did you make it up yourself, and if so would you mind telling how you came to it. ( I hope you don't find my request forward, we just loved it ) Sat Nam. 🙏🙏

      Ahh. The mudra was not named in the original text. For students who ask, I break down what each of the fingers represent. Hope that helps.
