I enjoyed this thoroughly. I missed the first ones...I've just skimmed titles. So far I like kundalini. You have a wonderful voice also. It's soothing.

I spent last week doing the Let Go practice while on my 🌙 cycle which was the perfect timing for me to honor the slow and graceful letting go and releasing. I had seen this video for a while and this morning it felt like the perfect timing to try it out. I had such a beautiful experience with it. I felt a quiet strength, the peaceful warrior energy. The challenge was present but very manageable for me and not a struggle. It feels so good for me to honor myself by commiting to my morning practice with you for the past couple weeks. Things are changing slowly and quickly. When we were standing holding bow pose, I am so blessed to have a forest right in front of me and so my vision of the future was full of trees with the sparkling through like diamonds in the leaves. It was such a perfect message that the future is so full of amazement beauty and hope. Thank you so much for sharing these with the world. It is truly making a difference.
    Namaste ✨💖🫶✌️🙏

Wow. I experienced a lot from this. At one point, I started laughing and giggling for a good minute or so with a large grin without any control. Then, as soon as I stated to myself, that I want to become a guru, I suddenly saw myself wearing these very beautiful robes, doing taiji in a river, in a forest. Then from doing taiji I transitioned to slow dancing as I moved forward along with the river. It was... divinely refreshing.

Recently discovered kundalini yoga. A lot of work to do to heal physical and emotional ailments. Each kundalini experience I have had with you feels fundamentally transformative. Slowly surely. I am deeply grateful for your knowledge and generosity.

What an opportunity to listen. This was my time to find this kriya. I saw an abundance of water and wildflowers-coneflower and prisms in green over heart chakra. I learned as i complete my assignments “here” I will be rewarded with instruction for “there.” My future self showed me the bridge to my present. 😍 Love you Salimah, and all you do for healing humanity. Sat Nam!

Hi Sulima, I love your teaching style, I really resonate with you. If you where in the UK I would definitely do the yoga training with you. I may consider doing it on-line but it doesn't feel right to me somehow. I feel I need the human touch and community in learning. Obviously that's not possibly at the moment. Perhaps you could send me the info and I can ponder it. I will email you. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and self with the world.. Satnam. xx

What a way to start the day! The end kriya was powerful. White, silvery light was flowing from my fingers. I saw/ sensed lead bricks lifting from my shoulders and felt a sense of freedom in that moment. How does one become a member?!?!

would be perfect if more information would be told in beggining and more silence during with only instructions, considering that people need to review this many times, its best to actualy feel self in silence, obsevation. i think it would be super nice to hear all that needs to be known of movement or stories in beggining and than go into practice so if people wanna hear can go into it in beggining and than continue with only instructions

I’ve been following yoga visions videos for the past few months and I’ve had some great moments. A few weeks ago I reached some high vibrational places but I feel like a came down a bit but I hear that’s normal? Also on day 10 of not smoking weed and I have no desire to smoke. This might be the longest I’ve gone in close to 5 years
