    After completing 40 days of the PTSD protocol, this practice feels like the next step for me. I moved so much deep depression and shame over the last 6 weeks, and now I'm ready to move the anger. Thank you so much for sharing these invaluable tools here on youtube, I couldn't afford conventional therapy (plus talk therapy did not work for me) and I felt stuck and helpless in a quagmire of old heavy energy that I couldn't move on my own. Since I began practicing with you, I have the kind of boundless energy I used to have as a child. I feel free and empowered, and I know I am held and provided for by the Divine. Thank you from infinity to infinity.

    I did this kriya for 40 day and what i understand is that your inner chilkd is looking for forgiveness, love and compassion . when you give compassion to yourself you create space in you and in this way you look the world from perspective. you heal yourself. The meditation of Emotional Balance helped me to relaese trauma and drama and fee free for all my choices without guilt

    Thank you for all the above 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 years before I think that was 2011-2012 I was following your yoga practices every day! At that time I was stuck in a house and the area that I didn’t like. I remember that very day when I decided to visit a dear friend of mine in north California, the day after I was on the road. I loved the city, I felt everything and everyone comes together to support me! I bought a small but a beautiful house that my family loved it. In that decision surely some power within me awoken and given me the drive to move forward with no fear. THANK YOU SALIMA for your amazing and great work 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

    Thank you Salimah.... A very interesting session. I definitely feel that there is some work to do here, to connect with and release tension, which feels as though it could well be related to absorbed anger (in utero).... Time to find it and let it go... Sat Nam 🙏🏼🦋💛

    I felt enriched by this practice. I was brought to tears twice - not knowing why but feeling that they were good tears. Thank you for sharing your wisdom. It is so needed during the times of the pandemic.

    When we were on our stomachs and tapping the top of the feet on the mat, I felt inner child healing. Me getting to throw a "tantrum" to say it directly...in the safe space of my mat. I began to release tears a few times during this thank you so much. It is a goal to do this same class again. I believe I can do it.

    After a sleepless angry thoughts night this brought me to floods of tears and release. I have had sore inflamed right breast for a year now and when concentrating on the stomach it went strait to my right breast and I realised that where I am storing this anger also when crying I felt like a sad child...Kundalini yoga just blows me away. It is so putting me right there and catapults me . after doing hatha yoga for years, never been this body conscious. tis the one for me.Thank you Salimah, your sessions in particular resonate.

    I feel so relieved and grateful to have a space to explore anger in a healthy way. I really get pissed off when I am interrupted or criticized and not coached instead. Then I feel upset with myself for not feeling balance inside. Anyway…realizing that today actually made me laugh. 😂 What an unreachable standard for myself to not feel affected by others words. Its perfectly fine to feel upset. It doesnt guide my actions. Today i choose to stop losing sleep when I “misbehave.” Enlightenment is not perfection. Shoutout Vanessa for speaking your truth. And Salimah of course and to you all for a wonderful class. ♥️

      @@YogaVisionOnline to be honest nothing yet but I’m always having deep calling to change when I did this challenge it became stronger and heavy on me because I’m not sure what to change specifically and how!

    When there was tapping the ground after a while into it I just felt soooo angry suddenly and started smashing my hands on the ground as hard as I could. Wow... It literally brought it up to the surface out of nowhere and I felt it arising and being released. I was totally calm earlier before this wave of anger. Incredible.

      I used to do this with another teacher before Salimah and i couldn’t continue with her because she was practicing so fast and always sounds like she’s in rush that was harsh on my body and I felt sensitive to the high energy and my extreme emotions

      Also I’m not new to kundalini yoga I started practicing in 2019 I wasn’t fully committed but always getting back and trying my best because this is the only thing in this whole universe that helped me in my difficult period of my life.. I feel connected to the ten teachers I truly believe in this tool and sikh teachings as well

      I have been doing Bikram yoga and think I might be setting off my nervous system, also I am pitta, this was gentle but I was able to still challenge myself.

      @@YogaVisionOnline yes it is in a hot room. I'm tensing in postures and and have lost the pleasure of the stretch. The kundalini broke me open pretty dramatically a couple of years ago and now I'm trying to find my balance with my body and what I read in the energies around me and within others. I hope that is not to far out there. I keep getting drawn back to your practices. It's the new sensations that are scary to me sometimes.

    I did this class without expectations. I was fully focussed on what poses and breaths I had to do. Now after the class I feel more space at the centre between my shoulders (the back of my heart chakra?). Thank you for sharing this class. Question: is it possible for you to make the words of the mantra visual or write them in the description pls?

    I’m doing great with this kriya my stomach was always irritating me because I hold so much feelings there manifested as fat I’m planning to do nabhi kriya after this one .. do you have it here ? I tried to stick to it and practice as much as I can but anger always arise with nabhi kriya I’m clearing out this heavy energy through practicing this anger kriya

      I don’t recommend Nabhi Kriya for 49 days. It’s very strong medicine and may affect your cycle. I suggest the ptsd videos.

    What do you suggest for someone who can’t speak without showing anger through high tone and negative body language without realizing that? I’m that one btw, honestly speaking I’m used to it specifically with my family

      Pls watch my videos on how to do a 40 day practice. Noticing that more is just more and doesn’t allow you to fully see what a Kriya is offering you.
