Back to this one today (Missed x2/40 days of the depression Krya due to a 5 day migraine). So, today day 13/40. I found this so calming. I really tuned into myself on a spiritual level. Dropped the worry, more focused with a believe in what I can achieve/levelling up, moving forward. The 10 +1 11 bodies is fascinating. Esp 9? re grit/a pearl.. thats how i feel the past few days have been, its been hard to work on gratitude, but today its been easier, to see that i've needed to got through that sticky few days of worry/doubt and disbelief that i'll achieve my dreams/large car bill to find.. but, today, its kind of washed over me.. grateful for the dark days.. to experience the light and calm of today... Trusting that all will be well. Thank you. 🙏🏼 (Going to re-listen and make notes on the 11 bodies... so interesting).
Grateful to have come across this yesterday. I was deeply in my feelings from the past. So that, exemplified by body pain, I was only able to be in flow for 20 and maxed out. However your peacefulness, encouragement and support for the modification aspect paired with the spiritual element was in culmination everything I needed in that moment. Honestly, it was prob the highlight of my day. Satnam🙏🏻💙🌎🌈

One day I got thru 10 minutes before I had to give up. The next day I felt better. I think this practice helps your body when you are I'll or under the weather. Even after a breath of fire 🔥 session, I could breathe better.

You asked for questions on our practice. I am doing this one for 40 days. Because I have GIRD, I avoid bending over a lot so I wondered if it would be possible to substitute frog pose for crow pose.
Crow pose and frog pose are quite different in intention. Can you do a small squat? Or keep your hands in crow squat position and use your imagination to do the posture.
This was wonderful... I really felt it... And today my legs are killing so sore only from 26 frog moves... Am I meant to do it again today even with sore legs.. Steps are a challenge atm
