Absolutely brilliant video my mate it looked a really cracking beer. I just love people who are passionate about their brewing. I am like you with the yeast I don’t even stir mine any more I just sprinkle it on and let it do it’s own thing. All the best and looking forward to your up and coming videos!

Cheers Dts, it's good to hear feedback like yours and am glad you enjoy the video's as much as I like making them. I do stir sometime but others I don't just seems to be how the mood takes me. :)

I'd always use an airlock as you don't want to get any taints in your brews, where'd you find the kit for £6?

I do as a rule, but was using all my fermenters for other brews. I got this kit off the internet auction site.
