Think its time I got on with a nice dark brew for Christmas, I wish I could get as much beer syphoned off as you I always end up disturbing the trub and wasting precious beer! Cheers 🍺

I don't mind bottling but most of my you tube buddies keg their beer. Think I will stick to bottling as the beer in my opinion ages better. If I was younger I maybe would invest in a keg but it is just not me!

Hi there, I have a noob question to do with sterilizing the bottles. I had a beer making kit for Christmas that included VWP steriliser which you have to rinse afterwards. Do I need to let the bottles dry out first or can I just add the beer whilst they are still wet inside?? Think I am over thinking it.

I just let them drain and then use them, I use food grade sanitizers so they can be used straight away, check yours and if it says food grade you should be ok..
