People are being harsh on the football helmet, He was made up with it. He got his main problem at work dealt with, a signed helmet from his favourite team. His brothers were flown in so they could all go to any game of their choice in a suite, and a charity donation was made in his name for a soldiers charity. I mean... that helmet, no other way to get that. It’s priceless. Sure he coulda gave him 10k but this was much more personal.

If the CEO of Accor only knew the employee conditions in Sofitel Athens airport all managers would be instantly sacked. I personally spent 3 years working in the front desk but if you ask ANY employee of ANY department you can hear painful FACTS that fuel nightmares. Gaslighting, psychological bullying, terrible behavior between employees because one of them is a relative or friend to the manager and other medieval working rights and conditions all there! 🤢🤮
I made strong friendships with other colleagues but the happiest time of my life after my marriage was quitting from that depressing life sinkhole of a hotel.

The casino dealer should’ve gotten promoted he was clearly overqualified for the job he was doing plus that would’ve been better then having a fan. I would’ve split the casino one side for smokers and one side for non smokers.
That's more or less what he said tho. The fan is only a temporary measure until further measures can be taken, because you can't reorganize the casino in a short time

@@missincognito2666 he is a dealer. If there is no table without smoking yet, then there is no way for him to do his job if he can't get near smoke. So, you can either make some temporary fixes until you find a permanent solution like a no smoking area, or you have to find him another job. Am I saying that the boss couldn't have done more? Absolutely not. But he did enough (assuming he does indeed go through with making a permanent solution later) to not be joked about
