I wish i got a undercover ceo so they can see the kind of employees they have.
Working in Fort Bragg, Army Base NC, manager are not pro- Employee.We are humans with family not working machine, plus they hire friends that get paid for doing nothing and get 40 hours and those that work hard and extra mile don't. Is time for justice.Blessings

I worked at a Little Caesars as a teenager and our owner who had multiple stores was there multiple times a week and honestly he was on the best bosses I ever had. in 27 and a plumber now.

Ceos have no clue how it actually is working a minimum wage job. If you've never thought negatively about customers you must work somewhere where there's no human interaction
difference betwen Thinking it and saying and spreading that negativity around. in no customer service job would you last long if you openly was nasty to other employees and the customers.

I have work with rude coworkers alot and the younger ones care more about being on there phone then working when we have no customers

I mean, yeah. The ceo look's like they had a chip on their shoulder, but that doesn't change how serious his employee working for him. If the ceo thought that all of their employees has to looked like them, i can't even imagine how slow and confuse the services to be.
The CEO of Lowes should go to my local Lowes. 98% of the employees there are completely useless millenials/Gen Z types that wouldn't know the difference between a hammer and a screwdriver. If I am lucky enough to find an employee to ask a question, their response is either "I don't know" or "This isn't my department."
And they call it "quiet quitting" these days to excuse their lazy butts. Entitled to da max.
Ι wish my boss came in undercover and prevented my firing by one of the most toxic managers i ve ever encountered. I pray for all of the people who face a similar situation.. you are not alone
Why is everybody playing the exact same clips from undercover boss ? I'm glad that the kitchen manager got soft for what he was And lost his job I'm assuming, Any one that treats employees or customers other people in general like dirt don't deserve to have a job, And taking advantage of what little power they have shows a lot about these ignorant people.

The fact that some of these people retain their jobs means the CEO is weak and a bigger POS than the rude employee.
thats how I was treated when I worked in the nursing homes, on the east cost usa .very abusive...America is pur horror and not just at work

CEOs rarely actually are the ones who put polices in place. they have tons of other people to handle policies, and menu etc for them.

People that sit behind a desk, dictating how a job is to be done. A certain way or time in different facilities. Have no clue how the best way is to do the job. Especially if they live in another state. And has never worked at the facilities. That is my experience doing laundry for a company I worked for in a Healthcare convalescent facilities.
I guess I was expecting to see the reveal bit too when the jackasses learn it was their owner.
Lack of support. Lack of training. Most of all lack of compensation to employees. CEO is ultimately responsible for the work environment.
