From Gamesir's website: "Notes: Only some Android phones are supported pass-through charging. Below is a brief list of compatible & incompatible phones as a quick reference. Please be noted that the list isn’t exhaustive due to numerous phones in the market and our limited ability to test all phones. Other phones may or may not work for pass-through charging on X2 Pro. Compatible with pass-through charging: Black Shark 2, Black Shark 3, Google Pixel4 XL, HONOR V30 Pro, HUAWEI Mate 40 Pro, HUAWEI P40, HUAWEI P40 Pro, Realme GT2 Pro, Samsung Note10, Samsung S20, Smartisan Nut 3 , Sony Xperia 1, vivo iQOO, vivo iQOO 3, Xiaomi Mi 9, Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, Xiaomi MIX 4, etc. Incompatible: HONOR 10, HUAWEI nova 9 Pro, HUAWEI P50 Pro, OnePlus 10 Pro, OnePlus 6, OnePlus 7T, Oppo Reno, Realme X2 Pro, REDMAGIC 7 Pro , Redmi K30 Pro, etc."
xCloud (Xbox game pass ultimate streaming). I also tested with GeForce Now streaming from PC (Moonlight app), and remote play from Xbox, all work great!
@@papicholo623 They're very similar, I've owned and used both now. I'd probably pick this one over the Kishi, unless one was on sale. But either way, I think you'll like them.
I tested with both a Samsung S23 and the REDMAGIC 7s Pro gaming phone. Definitely recommend checking supported models list on Gamesir's site before buying!
Xbox/Microsoft say 10 Mbps minimum for mobile, but obviously the higher the better. The bigger issue, especially on 4g/5g is latency. Mobile data connections can be fast but with high latency, which will make your gaming feel laggy. For best results, I play anything with action only on Wifi with 100 Mbps or better. If i'm on mobile data I'll play a turn based or strategy game instead, still a great experience.
I got mine yesterday, it's cool the only bad thing I can't use my wired headphones, so I need to buy wireless headphones, also my phone does support charging when gaming, it get disconnected. But still cool I like it.
it should work with anything that supports xbox style controllers, I tested with a couple of emulators with no problems at all, but not Egg NS specifically.
sorry, don't have a phone like that to test with, but the USB-C connector is really designed for a phone with USB-C port on the center bottom of the phone.
Will my phone Xiaomi Poco x3 pro work with gamesir x2 pro ? thanks ..

@@gregmattersen this is for pass through charging . im looking if it will work on my phone 😢
That's all I can find, I'd recommend talking to Gamesir direct.
@@gregmattersen thank you sir :)
Does the mapping software work with Android 13 I've heard it doesn't
Still waiting on Android 13 on my phone, I'll test and reply once i have it, unless someone else beats me to it. :)
hello, are you playing via remote play or xcloud?
xCloud (Xbox game pass ultimate streaming). I also tested with GeForce Now streaming from PC (Moonlight app), and remote play from Xbox, all work great!
@@gregmattersen do you recommend this controller over the razer kishi v1?

How come when I plug the phone into the gamesir the light flashes and doesn't connect
I haven't had that happen with any of the devices I tested with - I'd reach out to GameSir for support!
did you make mapping first or directly play?
Direct plug and play. I only had to do mapping for some emulators, all the cloud gaming services worked great without mapping
Hola me puedes decir como puedo jugar a la fifa 22 porque no hay manera gracias
When i go into the xbox cloud gaming i can either play now or download. Is the download for less data consumption?
Download option is to remotely install on your own Xbox. :)
I am probably late, but how does the controller feel compared to other controllers like the ps4/ps5 xbox and Nintendo.
It's like a switch joycon controller and an Xbox controller had a baby.
It’s like if joycons had good sticks and triggers
Would be good if they do grip accesory.
it feels like a bus, my arms are spreading
Whats is your device? My gamesir x2 prot not suport for my phone, btw my phone redmi 10
Really? My phone is also redmi 10 im planning to buy one thank god i saw your comment
What game did u test it?
I tested with both a Samsung S23 and the REDMAGIC 7s Pro gaming phone. Definitely recommend checking supported models list on Gamesir's site before buying!
check your phone chipset... this gamepad likely compatible with snapdragon chipset

What speed do you use for playing gamepass smoothly?
69mbps
