    Thanks for these important tips.
    I wish I knew them when I was younger especially coming from a family of diabetics and hypertension sufferers.
    I can testifies to all of them especially lemon and garlic water before bed. It may cause you to go to the loo at least 2 times in the night but that's a small price to pay while you're in your home. I use these drinks to flush away sugar and sodium while I sleep.

    LOW carb veggies/fruits are lettuce, broccoli 🥦 Kale 🥬 Bell pepper, onion 🧅 Advocado, tomato 🍅 HIGH carb veggie would be corn 🌽 Peas, carrots 🥕 potatoes 🥔
