Thanks for these important tips. I wish I knew them when I was younger especially coming from a family of diabetics and hypertension sufferers. I can testifies to all of them especially lemon and garlic water before bed. It may cause you to go to the loo at least 2 times in the night but that's a small price to pay while you're in your home. I use these drinks to flush away sugar and sodium while I sleep. To God be the glory.
