I have 5lb weights and had to take breaks just for this 20-minute workout. It kicked my butt! I am extremely out of shape with high cholesterol at the age of 27. I'm only 5'0 and weight 175 after two children. I've been stuck at this weight for 2 years. I hope that your videos will help me improve my health and reach my weight loss goal. I love that your videos aren't too fast and have small breathers in between sections.

I used to rush my lifts because I wanted to get them done. But doing them slow and controlled really gives me a bigger burn and makes me feel like I “don’t have to workout as hard” (even though I really am) thanks again! New subbie🫶🏼

Thank you for movements that didn't repeat! It put aside my negative mindset. I'm SWEATING and my muscles are shaking. Used an "easy" resistant band around my legs and 5lb weights. WOOO!
Thanks for this, great workout. I am partially paralyzed on my right side and cannot do pushups, burpees, etc. although I can hold a dumbbell. This was great, I could do the whole workout with no modifications. I'll be back to this workout for sure!

I love how the movements change to keep it interesting. I felt like I moved through it very quickly. Typically, with repeat movements, I feel like they take longer, more often than not. The timer helps too because even if I turned my back to the screen, I knew the timer would go off, so I was cognizant to listen out for it. I prefer the timers when doing workouts like these. My mind is already looking forward to the next movement. I felt each movement and got my HR up! I also appreciate that I dont have to transition from standing to floor back to standing. I prefer all on the floor or all standing up. It helps my knees. Thank you!
What's better than no repeaters 🤔 no floor work, up and down moves 🙌🏾 great 20 minute workout 💪🏾 10 minutes in I was ready to stop but kept going 😮💨 feeling the sweat dripping and definitely got my heart rate pumping 🫀 I am going to try this one again later this week 💜

I have been doing this since 1 month, 6 days a week combining it with 10 min cardio as warm up, which is much required before doing this and 5 min stretching after finishing it, can see visible change in my body specially thigh and tummy, it's really good workout in just 20 minute. Go for it guys it works.
