You use these youtube ones more then there app ? I am doing both im follow program on there app and adding a upper or full body in from here so i dont miss any 😂or do you mwan a differnt persons app

I did mine the opposite way I started with MaMM exclusively for months and built up my endurance so now I can do some CG workout but I’m not giving up MaMM ever

Hiya, this all depends on you. I tend to use a variety of weights in these workouts. This workout in particular I used 7.5kg for the compound moves and and then I used 5kg for the moves involving isolations. Due to the minimal rest period it is more than enough to challenge me. Sometimes I go heavier but don’t tend to used heavier then 2x10kg and only go heavier it if it’s glute bridges. Test a few different weights that you are confident with and mix and match as you need. Anything from 3-8kg is a good range to give yourself to start with.
Hard to tell most likly 10s and 15 or 20s ..but use weight that you can do right form but pushes you those last 2 reps each body part is differnt so can have a couple differnt sizes
