Yes. Even if you use like 1-4 wings (like me) in Monza the whole racing line is yellow, then red, no green anywhere.

I'm not sure if the 482kph is hard-coded in or if they just happens to be when the Rev limiter kicks in for you're engine at 13k rpm.

482 kph is the max speed because the game was coded in imperial units. 482 kph = 300 mph

What about taking a look at the Coding to see the differences of the "Equal" F1 2020 Online cars? They definitely feel different but is that visible in the coding?
The code will be the same, I think the difference is because of the different visual models maybe, the wheelbase and stuff is always going to make it feel slightly different. I could be wrong though, I don't have access to a lot of stuff

You also don't have Drag slowing you down so the braking zone would be longer because of that as well as the ridiculous speed.
