How to use imageJ to measure cell length

This is an instructional video on how to use ImageJ from NIH to measure cell length. We use it in my lab to measure the cell length of a spirochete genera called Leptospira, but this tutorial can be used for others to learn how to measure many other bacteria, fibers, etc. whilst using ImageJ. Enjoy.
