    Hey Sean,
    I just wanted to let you know this is year marks ten years since I found and started following your Pilates video series. I was just a very athletic young man a kickboxing gym hired to personal train. I had no clue about body mechanics. Your videos created a basis for a workout model I have used to build a wonderful frame for myself but also one I hv used to help hundreds of clients through the years. I own three gyms across New Jersey now and I train countless individuals from a variety of kickboxing, to strength training and I can truly attribute to start to all of this to some of the things i learnt from you, so thank you again and stay blessed.

    Sean I love your videos, teaching style and humor. I have using your yoga videos for several months now. I recently started using your Pilates video s as well. I just started seeing a chiropractor for discs in my lower and upper spine that are starting to fuse together.
    Do you have any yoga routines and Pilates that are specific for lower back and neck issues? Thank you

    Great!👍 It’s funny when you think about it really; a lot of the movements we do now as training and a ”chore” were things we did just for fun and play as kids.. not just The Rolling, but a LOT of other stuff. That’s what I like most about this channel, I think. Brings back the joy! Thanks for that!✌️

    Been hanging out in the Sean Vigue Vault and almost missed this one. It was perfect for me b/c I have a blister on the back of my heel and not a single move required me to put my heel down. Blessings!

      @@SeanVigueFitness No I am no longer doing it. 15 minutes just doesn't last two weeks like it used too... lol! Just messin Coach, I get my body up and active everyday. And your pilates/yoga videos are an amazing tool that have helped me live a better life.

    Hi Sean, what do you recommend for a Power Yoga / Pilates mix? I currently do Yoga every morning for about 25 mins. Pilates once a week.

      I do both vinyasa yoga and Pilates. Usually back to back in the morning with Pilates first. In this video Coach V suggests Pilates three days a week. I’m probably more like every other day, but often do a little mini Pilates before every yoga session just to get blood moving. Yoga is usually an every day for me.
