Awesome that you take the time to play in the playground with your son. Every day I try to cut off work by six so that I can spend as much time as possible playing outside with my girls.
Enjoyed Pilates workout . I hadn’t done it awhile and forgot how much I enjoyed it thanks. I think it’s great you play with your son and can keep up with him your a great dad.
As someone struggling with problematic back in my 20s just as it runs in my family, I find these workouts reverse the problems and get me healthy. Finally, and only after more than a week I feel better than 5 years ago! I did bunch of running, callisthenics, gym strength and muscle building, to the point of doing a workout everyday just to cope with weak core. Now I do only Pilates and feel better than ever! Thanks Vigue! Your workouts are amazing to follow, you’re an amazing coach, the best from what I’ve seen in my 25 years of life!

always great! I did this morning in combination with 15 min recovery stretching and 15 min meditation -- perfect combo before work and then some wing-foiling in SF Bay this afternoon. cheers!

Hey Sean, when I'm doing the "saw" I get cramp in my groin and quads on both sides. I'm try to adjust where needed but it seems it keeps happening any ideas on how to move forward? Long time viewer here love your videos

I normally just do stretching routines on Sunday but saw this and had to try it. Now added to my 15 minute library, lots of fun.
