Very good and nice exercises!
Most of these exercises I ALREADY use them as/in my good 10 minutes during warming-up, before I do my real workout.
And my real workout is with differrent kind of PLANK exercises, SQUATS, LUNGES, WALL SIT, and other exercises for get stronger muscles in my arms, chest, back and core!
Of course then, I can not do ALL of these different kind of exercises in ONE workout....
And that I also mean for THESE good and nice exercises, who we see in THIS video and I will use as/in my good and nice warming-up.
But UNFORTUNATELY I shall NEVER lose 4 kg weight in 1 week by doing THESE exercises.
This is because I UNFORTUNATELY can NOT doing THESE exercises everday because of my CHRONICAL ILLNESS!
And it is normal to have/take, and I have to take at least ONE RESTDAY AFTER doing my OWN fitness trainingen/workouts at home!
And loosing weights is UNFORTUNATELY very difficult for me with/because of my CHRONICAL ILLNESS!
I don't think it's possible even to a healthy person. Maybe if they don't eat during that week plus the exercises. A healthy person should be able to loose 1kg in a week.
I have fibromyalgia, cubital tunnel syndrome, and osteoarthritis of both knees.
4kg per week....god bless you 🙏

Good workout but you would need to do 2-3 sets of this routine every day plus losing 4lbs not 4kg in 7 days. 😄
