These early videos started popping up in my suggestions. I have to say, having already seen them when they originally aired, it really is nice watching them again. Seeing 4 years ago Sarah and knowing today Sarah videos, it's fu to see how far you've come in everything.

The wrap looks fabulous Sarah!! Some cars pull a lot of amps just sitting. My multimeter has an amp setting. Once you have a charged battery, you can use the amp meter to see how much juice is being pulled. I once had a diode go bad in an alternator which allowed the battery to drain. Fun stuff!!

Gloss is always a royal PiA. - First you did quite well for someone who's never done a wrap before. That being said back in the late 70's I used to apply large decals to cars, trucks and semi trailers. We always used either Windex or a very mild soap solution as a lubricant between the surface of the vehicle and the adhesive side of the material and again on the finish side of the material because we used rubber/silicone squeegees for the actual application. (You can also use a small 4"-6" rubber roller, similar to a small paint roller)
    - If there are two or more people, generously spray either the adhesive side of the material (after removing the backing) or the finish of the vehicle and then lay the material over the 'lube' so it can float and be positioned properly. Next spray the finished surface of the material with more lube and using the rubber/silicone squeegee starting at the center slowly work your way out using only as much pressure needed to force the lower lube and any air bubbles out causing the adhesive to adhere to the vehicle finish. Make sure the lube keeps a complete coverage so use a lot and keep using it as necessary so nothing gets dry or a pre-adhesion may occur.
    - If you're doing it alone, spray the surface of the vehicle then fold back one small corner of the backing, rolling the backing under the material, and adhere just that one corner then work your way down either 90° edge with the squeegee and then finally 'North to South' down the center and out the sides keeping tension on the material to prevent creases and air bubbles. Again, use a lot of lube.
Occasionally you may still get or develop an air bubble in which case just take a very small gauge pin and just puncture the material then use the corner of the squeegee to force the air out of the hole, no need to patch the hole which is why it should be as small as possible. - Sounds easy and it is after you've done enough to learn all the little tricks.

Thank you Sarah, I was in less than good spirits today, (lately), and I watched this video at 2:30 am Friday night/Saturday morning, and when you got excited about the brushed aluminum idea on the roof rails, I genuinely felt good inside. Like a happy glow. Idraw and do artistic type things, and when an idea of mine comes together like that, a lot of people don't get it... but thanx TTFN (get it?)

It looks good, but I don't think its gonna last long, even though they claim 10-12 year outdoor life expectancy. It collects dirt and stains fairly quick. I actually had to use a mr clean magic eraser on it to get marring off from going through a car wash. I know I shouldn't be going through car washes, but i was in a rush :-(
