I was talking to a taxi driver in Singapore and I know that the temperature only varies between 26c to 29c avg (about 82f to 88f) between Winter/Summer, and he taxi driver stated that it got so cold once he could not bear the 21c temp (about 72f)... I asked "during the day?", which he replied "no! during he night!"...

I've been a car guy for over fifty years fixing, modding, racing and simply admiring cars but I've never even looked at an Audi up close. After seeing the difficulties you've had working on your TT I'd put it in the same category as my '87 Jaguar (the worst car ever made) which was a HUGE pain in the *** to work on. No thank you, I'll stick with my BMWs.
broken end link happened on my 02 WRX wagon once, Whiteline wire end-links. upgraded to the Whiteline billet after that

Sarah, I have an ST. Tell lil Sarah to look up TBPERFORMANCE end links. The issue is the angle that the factory mounts hold the endlink. It's binding. TBPerformance makes ones that align them correctly so they wont break. Easy fix!

Had a similar issue with endlinks on my car. Anti-sway bars didn’t have lock rings on them, and allowed the bar to slide side to side, snapping/destroying end links. Can’t tell if Lil’ S’s have lock rings/washers?
Stock Ford rear bars have welded on collars (good) and flat spots the oem bushings key into (point of much discussion, generally considered bad unless you like the rear getting snappy near the limit). This bar has different bushings so the indexing shouldn't be an issue, not sure about it having collars, though.

Seems to be coming together on the TT Sarah 😎😎😎😎. I have heard of people using solvents to clean the intercooler out of oil then let it fully dry for a day or 2 in the sun then add a catch can.
Shame about sway links could be a design fault. Hope she gets it sorted 🙃🙃🙃

Hey Sarah, did you get your overheating issue fixed on your Audi TT? Asking because I have the same issue. I have a Audi A3 8l 1.8t AUM engine. I noticed my gauge stays on 90 however my expansion tank was always extremely hot, like way warmer than it should be. Did a diagnostic check and found the temperature is on 107 degrees when idling but its fine when driving. I've changed my thermostat, water pump, both fans, fan switch and fan control module, the temperature sensor and I changed the expansion tank and coolant flanges. I didn't change radiator as I was told that the radiator is fine... when you changed your radiator to a dual core radiator, did that fix your issue?

Sarah and Sarah ftw.... and I need to upgrade my old Powerprobe 2 to your cooler one haha. Tip, if you are getting a lot of oil in the IC piping, you may have a small leak in the IC connecters. If it is not a lot, then the catch can will do the trick

I just did all of this on my 02 Beetle NA 2.0! But I think I need to go back and check again. I was told it only had high speed but my connector and FCM is the exact same model as yours! 🤔

For the Focus's links on the rear Weight Transfer Control Bar (commonly called Sway bars or Anti-Roll Bars) to have snapped the same on both sides, it has to be from an event that happened to both wheels at the same time, and probably from the suspension extending further then the bar and links could travel - look for a sharp speed hump or driveway exit that Small Sarah encounters during her regular commute, where the rear of the car will have bounced up off of, then try avoiding that obstacle.
The only change to having the rear bar disconnected, would be that the Focus would appear to under-steer more, and the rear body roll a little further, right up to the point where the Slip Angle is exceeded by the outside rear tyre in a corner, as which point the rear would snap out in to over-steer. The inside rear would be off the ground by that point :D

Vcds is a free obd2 scan tool for audi and other porsche group. Its free. Try itt out. So you could spend less time on disassembling healthy parts.
Maybe not a whole video of wetsanding but we are interested in the process and there are several steps remaining where you will be touching up paint and/or clear coat, wetsanding remaining paint, getting parts painted, installing, and bringing the paint back up to high gloss. I don't want to miss out on that stuff. If it is another video or two or parts of other videos it's all good.

Hi Sarah, another way to test the high and low speeds is to bridge with a jumper wire the pins on the radiator temp sensor. In the MK4s it's a triangular connector. One is ground the other two are low/high speed power.
