    This is my husband’s fave and I’ve tried and followed quite a few pinterest recipes but couldn’t get the taste quite right so I quit. Then I watched this and inspired me again to make it. It worked!!! I got the taste right!!! Instead of chicken I used beef because that’s what he likes. The asian store that’s near me doesn’t carry the flat wide noodles so I used the pad thai noodles. Still worked. Thank you so much!!!!😍😍😍

    90% of what I eat these days comes from Marion's recipes and I will definitely make this one, too. She makes everything so easy for you and you will have success every single time if you measure out the ingredients and follow the recipe exactly like it says on her website.

    Here in Malaysia, we called it as 'KuetTiaw Ladna' or 'KueyTiaw Kungfu'
    its always the Thai-Malay restaurant that cook this menu
    I love this recipe because its easy

    this is a very flavorful dish. the chili vinegar and the chili powder at the end really take the dish over the top. i love cooking your recipes, they are simple but they pack a punch!

    Your version of it is much better than the one you get in Thailand...I live there and it's always drenched in that sauce that is usually way too sweet. Yours looks amazing!!!

      Her Lad Na doesn't even look like Lad Na. Traditional Lad Na is drench in gravy. Hers looks like pad sa eww or pad kee mao

    Great recipe can’t wait to try. If you substitute arrowroot (tapioca starch) for the cornflour then the recipe is gluten free.

      You could use dried wide rice noodles or change the dish a little and use Chinese egg noodes :-)

    In Laos we crack an egg in the noodle much like a fried rice so the sauce sticks to the noodles better So tood

      November Sky I would probably say to use corn starch dissolved in a little bit of water, wheat flour can also thicken sauces but the way it works is very different because it has to go in at the start which wouldn’t work with the rest of the stir fry

    Would broccolini work in this recipe instead of the chinese broccoli? I live in a small town in Brasil and we don't have asian specialized shops! Most ingredients I try to substitute or recreate at home (like the oyster sauce, for example)!

    Is Sweet Dark Soy Sauce different to Kecap Manis or Dark Soy?

      Jarrard Scott Kecap Manis is simply the Indonesian version of sweet dark soy sauce 😊 But regular dark soy sauce is different. That one is thinner and not as thick 👍
