Gordon, you have inspired my cooking for years! I've been a sous chef, but I am a stay at home mom and wife, now. My husband and I were married in 2020. He calls me a food snob, as I ALWAYS try to make everything with the freshest ingredients possible! However, now that we're in a horrific recession we can't afford it all like we used to. Can you please make a video based on this situation? 🙏 Like, fresh and on a tight budget? Thank you for another inspiring video!
We do grow a lot of fruits, vegetables, and herbs. My husband and I have a huge farm that has been in his family for 180yrs. We can't move there until he retires, but when we do, we will have livestock. Until then, it's not at all in our budget for meats and produce (out of season). Yes, you're very right about that.
you're supposed to cook the garlic first. In Asia, we cook the garlic first. Add some chilli to that too. Also, we usually fry our noodles with protein and vegetables together. We don't cook them separately. We do boil the noodles first like how we boil pasta and then mixing them all together in a wok. Just use the wok to cook everything.
Gordon is twenty dimensions over Roger in every aspects of cooking.😁 Just look at Rogers cooking vids if u wanna see what an inexperienced cook looks like handling his kitchenknife. Rant over
Following Chef Ramsey has made me a FAR better home cook. To the point where I have shared my dishes and have received compliments from professional chefs asking me "where I work". I have to explain that I am strictly an amateur cook.
I am your huge fan chef, I got inspired through watching your videos, loved you recipe, loved your videos.. Sir I have an question actually I was little confused about taste of red souce..can you help me chef.
I made the first recipe a couple of weeks ago. It was nice but could be tastier. Next time I think I will add some hoisin sauce and maybe a little bit of ketcap manis.
Okay I pull up to this video to Thank Gordon people tell me I can’t cook because I’m a rodent after this video I showed who’s boss you are truly a hero
Some of my best dishes come from chef Ramsay and chef John from food wishes. Recipes never fail. Highly recommend you cook a dish from chef Ramsay or chef John from Food wishes.
Never use a nonstick wok folks. The heat over 380F will surely get the fumes from the coating into your food. Get a carbon steel and coat it yourself for healthy high heat cooking.
I can hear uncle Roger, "Chicken breasts so tasteless! Use chicken thigh!" or "Hiyaaaaa, olive oil for cooking asian noodles...use peanut or sesame oil"
@@JVSwailesBoudicca hey stir frequently, rinse in cold water to stop it from cooking and wash off excess starch and you can add a little olive oil right after cooking. I don’t like raw olive oil so I use butter which I find works almost the same.
@@hoodiegamer9256 Thank you very much for this tip. I get on ok with Udon or whole wheat noodles but I just cannot seem to get the fine RICE noodles to work for me, they just break up into a mush. Perhaps just soaking them in hot water instead of boiling might work ??🤔
@@JVSwailesBoudicca I’m yet to try cooking rice noodles but I believe it’s the same concept, not overcooking. Soaking may work too. I gotta give it a try.
Gordon’s passion for cooking makes it so easy to binge his videos without ever getting bored.
FACT

@@thatsme4303 lmao fr these bots are getting out of hand

You could also start growing your own ingredients (herbs and etc)

Asian using wok and european normally using pan, because of different style of foods
Gordon Ramsey is not only a great cook and inspires, teaches well but is so adorable. 🔥
Looks super delicious 😋

I think Gordon got confused and took his daughter's shirt 🤭 Great recipe, I will definitely try it!
Gordon using metal to scratch that nice anti stciky pan just gave me goosebumps.
I’m pretty sure and hope that was a wok. I really doubt gordon ramsay would make that mistake.
Can’t wait for Uncle Roger to see this…Haiya!
This video is a re-upload (probably 7 years old or more)
Let's see my chicken Jamon recipe it's better than uncle, I bet👌👌👌🤤 and thx to chef Gordon for the recipe 😘

i was thinking about the lack of sauce when watching it, it's definitely simple and i'm sure it's fast and good but i like to amp it up a little more
@@ImJustJayce it’s nice and salty from the soy but for those who love more flavour it definitely needs something extra. 👍
Thanks to this man i have a whole different standard when it comes to food and i love it!

Love this!! ❤ thank you Gordon as always
I like how with the noodle soup, his first step is to boil miso lol
Fast noodles with tons of flavour in no time without needing a big kitchen. Worlds better than instant noodles and much more filling.
Rice noodles works best by using cold water to soak it in. 😒

My husband is allergic to ginger so I would have to omit that but other than that these would be so good I'll be writing these down for future dinners
I don't know how many likes or love ❤ would be enough 😊 only Jamie and Gordon for me
I make this differently, still use the same ingredients but its cook the chicken add noodles and then egg and finish off with brocoli

Kinda ironic how a noodle video comes at the end of the month...
Noodles are super cheap and at the end of the month most of the money is gone lol

Not a lot of flavor development on this one. Would of loved if he deglazed and made a home made sauce
