Actually, the reason for putting milk in first is because in the Victoria era cheap cups would crack when you put something hot in them. So by putting the milk in first you stop the cup from getting too hot and breaking. Posh people could afford better quality cups did not put the milk in first. Thus not putting the milk in first became a sort of status symbol. It's really sad that the wealth based discrimination has been passed down through the generations.

I’ve watched the whole show backwards and it’s crazy to see just how detailed and purposeful the vision for this show was even in season one. The magic’s already there and it’s delicious to watch.

Upon reflection, I have no idea why season 1 is so commonly regarded as being either a dud or plain average. This dynamic, which is essentially just a bunch of friends doing tasks, is so much better than the more recent hypercompetetive groups.
I agree with you, but also disagree a little bit. I watched a few other seasons before this one and this group definitely seems more competitive and prone to argue over scores. But imo that makes the season funnier along with their dynamics.

I'll be honest, for the egg challenge, I would've gone the comedy route and made a little joint out of paper, drawn a super-stoned face on the egg (using the markers, of course), and then proudly declared that my egg was EXTREMELY high.

They could try 60 * 25 * 400 * number of years = 600000 * 60 years = 3600000 you dont need to aim for the same number, but just the number of order in general you could do 100 (minutes in hours, rounded) * 10 (hours in days, rounded) * 500 (days in years, rounded to 500) * 100 (60 years rounded to 100) = 50.000.000 In engineer this method is usually used to guess if you are near to do a reasonable mistake or an HUGE mistake. With that you can be accurate in the order of the 50%

Guess ill be watching every episode of this version lol

you dont need to aim for the same number, but just the number of order
in general you could do
100 (minutes in hours, rounded) * 10 (hours in days, rounded) * 500 (days in years, rounded to 500) * 100 (60 years rounded to 100) = 50.000.000
In engineer this method is usually used to guess if you are near to do a reasonable mistake or an HUGE mistake. With that you can be accurate in the order of the 50%

this really is an awesome concept for a show...so cool to see the way these different minds approach these crazy tasks. wish they did an american version, but i dont really think it would work as well as this does

@@cowabunghole i just watched a clip when they had them order pizza on the american version, and its no wonder it wasnt received well...they chose terrible comedians to participate who were not as clever and cunning as the people in this version. pretty disappointing because there are plenty of entertaining and clever comedians in the US who would probably be great for this show, but i guess its a hard sell to get them on since it has no track record in the US. Guess ill be watching every episode of this version lol
