Most INSANE Van Build EVER - Cozy Vibes & Very Intricate Design

- In today’s video, we feature Tony and his 2020 ram pro master, 2500 159 inch wheelbase custom camper van. This is one of the most cozy, prepper style van conversions I have ever toured. It maintains cozy vibes on the interior and is relatively stealth on the exterior. Since filming this video he has decided to sell it and build another one below is the details in the listing.

This is a custom van with the most unique open floor plan. With over 25 square feet of open space, two people can freely move about without bumping into each other, yet little sacrifice was made in storage and counter space.
The efficient and beautiful rustic modern design of this van truly welcomes you into a warm and functional space. The sofa’s back support can be adjusted to any degree and can be transformed into a solo recliner, an L shape couch, or into a 50”x72” bed with 6” thick medium density foam mattress. Two tables are included, a round 18” and a rectangular 19”x29” with 2 Lagun mounting locations for chillin or dining.
This van is as much about space as it is about lighting. There are over forty dimmable warm and RGB LED lights with more than 10 different zones and over a dozen USB outlets throughout.
The clever storage design houses all the INCLUDED cookware, pots, dining and plastic ware, toaster, kettle, blender, and much more! Underneath the finished floor is an incredible 4’ x 8’ x 2 and 7/8” of cargo space for transportation of wood, drywall, art or to be stuffed with pink foam during winter providing over 3” of thermal insulation.
A build of absolute simplicity yet there is so much to see in this open space floor plan filled with practical surprises and organic beauty. There are over a dozen framed prints covering the walls, comfy cushions through out and silk plants making this casual & beautiful decor really feel like a small home. This is truly a One of a kind!

I am a former Product Planner for General Motors Prestige Luxury vehicles as well as for Lexus. This is far and away the most meticulously designed van I have ever seen. Your use of space, consideration of the use cases, layout, and most of all - the deliberate and careful preservation of enough room to feel like you are not cramped is absolute genius, sir. (Nobody else does the latter). Truly, if I owned a luxury van production company, I would hire you on the spot to develop and produce premium custom vans. This winter I am building my first van in a Toyota fiberglas Sunrader and I have saved your video to blatantly plagiarize literally dozens of design details. Bravo!

It clearly goes without saying that this man, in my opinion has the most absolute attention to detail that I have ever seen in all the videos I’ve watched. Believe me “I have viewed hundreds”. I would love to pick his brain. I am looking to purchase and building my van very soon and he is a major inspiration to me. To bad I cannot afford the well maintained and detailed van that he is selling but I am grateful to have had the opportunity to get better clarity on how to focus on and get what I need for mine. AMAZING! The detail is off the charts. I usually fast forward through van tours because people show drawers opening, etc. But this one!!! I watched every second and will be watching it again. It is not a surprise he does shout-outs to George @HumbleRoad as he also is a master of detail. Love all the lighting details and the use of magnets. EVERYTHING is so well thought out. BRAVO!!!

Right! I don't even understand the need to show all of the above. But my patience was present when looking at this video. As everything about his words, expression and explanation confirms that what he says is worth listening to. Even if your interest don't lie in copying what he's done/how he thinks, etc.

Dude, it’s crazy how he’s manage to create so much useable open space in such a “small” van. By far the best utilitarian build I’ve ever seen. This guy killed this build.

I've watched countless vans, buses, boats, tiny homes, and whatever conversions, and this is by far the most impressive I've ever seen. The attention to detail, the finish, and its presentation are fantastic. When you punt for a shower in a van, it almost always ends up looking cramped and feeling claustrophobic. You've managed to keep a good-sized floor plan here. Kudos to you!

I was an interior yacht carpenter for 20 years mainly with varnished hardwoods, but this is beyond the usual van build. This rivals some the finest modern interiors on very expensive yachts .

The interior feels like the a private jet, at times like a yatch or a luxury hotel room. For him light is more than just functional it's part of the design. He is a designer for sure. And it's so cozy I would never leave! 😍

It's one of the most cozy vans I've ever seen. I could easily live in this van and still feel as though I've given up nothing in terms of comfort and the feeling of being at home. Just beautiful!!

🤯Mind blowing and jaw dropping! The design and attention to detail are unparalleled! Before he mentioned it, the "behind the scenes/panels" reminded me of Humble Road; however, the unique design and finishings elevate this van to the nth degree. Oh my! This must be the epitome of custom quality. I hope George sees it and is proud of the inspiration he provided. The only thing I would add is a mini split AC. It’s absolutely ingenious and gorgeous, and I particularly love the space used for artwork. Bravo! My compliments to the creator.🙏🏻

In my recent promaster 2500 build early this year, my first priority was AC. I didn't want a roof unit. I didn't want a house window unit. I found a AC on wheels at Loews for $350 and it fits perfectly between the 2 front seats and I changed the vent from stock plastic to 6" aluminum and the vent flange was cut to go out passenger window and I roll the window up to lock in place. Has remote control and no need to drain every day. I drain maybe twice a month. I can't believe this guy did all this in this magnificent van and didn't have an air conditioner or a FREEZER. Just a fridge.
This man is an absolute genius. I have never seen that much creativity in a vehicle before. No understatement! He is amazing.👍👏👏😃 Quite unique with plenty of storage. Love everything, kitchen area roomy, various storage areas, bedroom ,couch,table manoeuvering and the bathroom area. Clever shower.

I love this. While inside, you could forget you're in a van. It has no signs of being uncomfortable or tight. I would live in this permanently and travel everywhere it would go. This is such a piece of art. Not just a van but a home. The person who buys this will definitely enjoy it.
I love that he was able to create something this amazing and still keep the electrical system simple.

I have watched this guy show his van 9 times. I can't get enough! When it comes to the best of the best, This is it! I would love this for me a female! But I am disabled and this would only be my fantasy! I love how he paid so much attention to details! If I had the money, I would ask him to build me a van! I can walk and drive. I had a stroke which caused me to be disabled. I watch a lot of van life. I enjoy watching but there is only a few I would want to build my van.

Holy cow this is the nicest van... And smartest build I've ever seen... I'm with him on having space for people and I would actually give up the room cuz I'm such a minimalist for storage that whatever a van would offer I would be happy to have less things but more space so I like the space idea and I love the van that he did and it's very polished and perfected nice job!!!

Wow!! Doesn't seem like you're in a van, but just a regular house. Love everything about it. Wonderful job this man did with this build.
I do love that seating arrangement in this build. I would myself, consider purchasing a high top. I reckon a hydraulic bed would be an amazing addition if at all possible. I have seen the hydraulic setup in a couple of other van builds. That way the lounge remains as is, whilst the bed can be lowered. But in saying that. This is an outstanding achievement on your part. Something I would be proud to live in.

I loved the shower idea. The temps I'll be driving in definitely need the flooring space for radiant heating, but the rest of it was super neat. The couch was cool. Magnets, so many lights, a quick charge, and a removable sink... what? Great build!

I've been watching class B videos for years & this is the most spectacular build I have ever seen. I have a Winnebago Travato and this build makes my van look like a 2 year old designed it. I think he could make big bucks working for any conversion company just as a designer. Wow -- I am blown away by this van!! Wish I was rich. I'd buy this in a heartbeat!

I've watched hundreds of build videos and have built out a couple of vans myself and I believe this design is exception in it's use of space and utility. I can't wait to see what he does next. Very talented. Love so much the independent components like sink and use of power generator. Also love the raised floor for wood, chair, table storage, no less floor angle for fishing pole. Crazy good designer.

As he described each meticulous detail, I kept being reminded of Humble Road. It comes as no surprise that he's a student of George. The student has definitely become a master. Incredible.
Hahaha!!! Beautiful. I've actually been blessed by having the chance to meet George and fiddle around his shop, yet I have a very very long way to go before I can wear his hat!
I admire the details and dedication to function. The only exception is the shower. Imagine those curtains are wet; bundling them up and putting them toward the wall might lead to mildew very quickly.
I can definitely see the influence of George of Humble Roads but I did not see George’s extraordinary taste in materials, including the matched grain cabinets and so on. Maybe it’s there or maybe that wasn’t a priority.

Just now seeing and WOWED awith everything. The sliding cabinet doors shoing the light thru. The coziness and fact it isn't sterile or cold feeling. But I really loved the master lock and chain keeping the battery pack safe. And the electric system is enough to power all he has. Love everything about this beautiful home.
Wow, I've never seen so much lighting in a van before! It looks nice, and I can see all the thought that went into everything as a whole, with the mirrors, window coverings, art on the walls, and customizability of every single thing. Nice job!

Incredible design! I am blown away and my jaw kept dropping with each new feature shown! WOW! Love too his many references to my favorite builder, George...but I think this is even more impressive than anything I've ever seen from Humble Road too.
Immediately after shooting this, I contacted George and now Tony is working at Humble Road.
Thank you Linda. George and I have very different approaches and markets, I build out of wood, George uses 80/20 aluminum. His builds are massive in power because his clients lifestyles require many compromises to the build. When you have the freedom to build whatever you want (and you happen to be a minimalistic OCD designer like me), then the outcome is very different. One thing that I'm not, is the master craftsman that George is.
Incredibly well thought out design. Much to like, I would most enjoy the chaise lounge feature, and the bed to seating conversion - nice thick cushions for comfort.
If he truly decides to sell this van, I want it! Excellent use of space! All the boxes checked that I’ve been looking for! Well done sir! Well done! ❤
