  • Kung plan mo mag meal prep for weight loss, watch 'til the end for tips on effective diet plan.
    Sa meal prep, alam mong healthy ang ingredients, kontrolado ang calorie intake mo, at makakatipid ka pa. Matrabaho pero kung wala kang time mag exercise, at least bigyan mo ng time ang pag meal prep.
    Ang meal prep na 'to ay based sa 1200 calorie diet plan (minimum amount of calories) para sa mga gusto pumayat/ for weight loss. Feel free to adjust accordingly.
    Also, this diet plan is quick & easy, and super affordable (with cheaper alternatives) at pwedeng pwede for teens and adults!

    Guys correction lang. Instead na BMR, gamitin nyo TDEE para mas accurate. Use an online TDEE calculator. TDEE minus 500 = your calorie limit per day to lose weight. Pag mas mababa pa sa 1200 ang result, kindly stick to 1200 para healthy parin yung weight loss.
    TDEE plus 500 naman to gain weight.

      Simply Pinay Hi Ms. Kath, nag start po ako mag diet, calorie counting and light exercise, mdjo nahihirapan po ako mag labas ng sama ng loob sa comfort room 😔 Pano po kaya mababalik yung natural bowel movement ko? Any advice po? Please sana masagot nyo. Nag sa suffer na dn po ako ng acid reflux. :(

      miss, 2000 yung sa TDEE calc ko so -500, 1500 lang limit nang calorie intake ko? pede ba ibaba pa to 1200?

    nag start ako mag search sa youtube ng "clean eating" isa sa mga blog mo lumabas sa sobrang nakaka inspire mga blog mo nag subscribe agad ako at nanood ng iba mong video,
    daming ideas ko nakuha kasi nagaapartment ako gusto ko healthy pa din mga food na kinakaen ko at nakakatipid din sa budget. mas ginanahan ako mag lista at prepare ng meal ko.
    this past few weeks kasi puro fast food ako mas magastos at unhealthy talaga.

    READ BEFORE YOU REACT: It's all about balance. The point of this video is to show that we can still have treats (sugar) and still lose weight and be healthy.
    You can modify the snacks anyways. You can have fruits instead. This is just an example of what 1200 calorie diet looks like.

    Ganyan din gawa except with the crab sticks. More than a month na ko on diet. No rice sa dinner at coffee after 5pm. May meal replacement ako na shake. Mula noon bilis ng pagbaba ng timbang ko in a proper way.

    Broccoli is better steamed than boiled. Nasasama sa water yung nutrients pag binoil po. Plus better use coconut oil for cooking for healthier alternatives.

    I'm planning on having my pre-pregnancy body back kaya nagstart ako maghanap sa youtube nang recipes and meal plans kaso nadidiscourage ako kasi karamihan mahal yung ingredients or not readily available sa market pero nung nakita ko videos mo I got inspired and mas naging excited ako maging fit ulit.     💓SAAN MAKAKABILI NG CRABSTICKS: Grocery stores - frozen section.
    💓Crabsticks were steamed/microwaved.
    💓6:55 - QUICK TIPS for EFFECTIVE meal prep! (Don't miss it!) CORRECTION: Instead of using the BMR, use DAILY CALORIE INTAKE instead para maadjust sa mga physical activities like walking and moving. Nasa description po yung link ng online calorie calculator.
    💓KAPAG BELOW 1200 yung nacompute nyo, stick to 1200!
    💓Yung sandwich po 300 calories sya. Typo lang po yung 33 cal sa vid.
