    Sabi nila magastos daw ang healthy eating. Patunayan natin na kayang kaya natin makakain ng healthy sa murang halaga. Php 100 pagkakasyahin natin for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plus dapat masarap! Budget meals pero pang restaurant ang lasa?

    Guys kinakain ko po talaga yung BALAT NG KAMOTE. Rich in fiber and potassium po yun. FYI lang sa mga hindi nakakaalam.
