@M1ner12 then why do so many people have it and struggle with it. just bc you dont have it or dont know anyone that has it doesnt mean its not real wtf
That's nothing. I started swimming and I'm out here near Bermuda triangle with my water proof phone case and solar power trying to get 3 bars. If this comment sends... I got em.
I’m 17, and my family eats horribly. It’s a real issue. When I’m old enough to support myself, I can’t wait to get out and start eating affordable, healthy food that fuels my body.
I'm in the exact same situation. I'm also 17 and my family eats like shit. I also look forward to being independent so i can change the way i live completely
I'm 15 and I honestly feel you on that one😩. It's really unmotivating. I'm starting this 'no sugar' tomorrow, doing workouts, saying no to my parents when they give me junk foods. Their gonna think I'm crazy and most likely judge me, but idc. I want a better lifestyle 🗣️
I did this for 30 days. I noticed that my cravings for sugar had stopped after the challenge. I hardly eat anything sugary now other than Dr. Pepper (my bad habit that i come back to) and the occasional dessert.
Struggled so much with myself in the mirror. Had same problems with sugar. I would recommend to read The 21 Former Doctor Secrets by Rachel Morgan, she talks about these problems in chapter 8.
I quit sugar 3 months ago. The change is unbelievable. I will have a random “cheat” day now and then and honestly the sugary food doesn’t taste as good and it makes me feel awful so I don’t even want to have any more. It really is something everyone should try at some point. I’m just amazed at what sugar really does to you.
I hear yuh, I have been a sugar junkie my whole life and have been battling high blood sugar and fatty liver for about 7 years now. I also have a mouth full of fillings and two missing back teeth 🦷 so chewing can be a challenge sometimes. All because of sugar!! 😠
I kicked sugar years ago. I’ll only eat something with added sugar maybe once a month. Once you quit sugar, you realize how big of a problem it is. My food cravings are almost nonexistent because a lot of the time when you think you’re hungry, you’re really just craving sugar.
@@patrickbatemanfromohio I’d say yes. If you want to eat fruit, I recommend sticking to berries. They have way less natural sugar than other fruits. I personally only eat a few bananas a week and blueberries once in a while.
I cut down sugar during Ramadan, it was difficult as i am addicted and could eat a meal of junk food containing just sugar. After 30 days of fasting I can’t believe how good my skin looks, how energetic I feel and how much weight I’ve lost.
it's the hardest when you're stuck in quarantine, not old enough to move out of your parents, and they have tons of snacks in the house and frequently bring home sweets like donuts. you'd have to have a will of steel to not eat sugar for 30 days
How I beat the WORST sugar addiction: every SINGLE time I craved sugar I ate 100g of oats with milk, a little brown sugar and raisins. Some days I would get through 500g of oats. 2 weeks or so in I had no cravings. I don't know how it worked but it did
@@Simeon-the-Magnificent nice man, i stopped eating snacks a month ago, drinking sodas, and eating sandwiches and shit, i'm eating only whats being cooked and drinkin lots of water, and exersize, im 96kg I hope i drop to 88 til summer
@@TheRizzler525 fuck i don’t even know my weight, but I stopped eating junk 4 days rn, though I do feel like I might be eating too much home cooked food (I have a big appetite). I’ve had Oreos are addictive *5 days ago*, I just wanna say “screw it”, but the keep realizing it’s what I want, not what I need. To make it worse, my parents also bring snacks all the time, but I’ve done small exercises, and drinking water to fill the starvation At this point I’m not sure if I’m actually starving or craving something, I’m still a teen so perhaps I have the advantages (still growing) but, I’ll keep doing what I’m doing
The best part about eating less sugar is that when you do finally eat something really sweet it feels like paradise, just experiencing that every now and then makes it worth it
I can attest to that. The dopamine hit that follows is ridiculous. Dangerous territory for me personally. Lots of people who have dialed back their sugar intake for a long period of time significantly have claimed when they try something overly sweet again, they can't finish it. I wish I had that problem. Much easier for me to dial excess salt consumption vs sugar.
I don't mind adds if it supports this awesome creator that adds this mich value. I mean there is patreon but it might be tough to survive only on that, unless tou have different sources. Then again the pre or mid rolls are annoying, I wish there would be sort of subscription program where you would pay to be add free. I think YT don't implement that, cuz it would be way more than mere 10-15 dollars, because adds are way more valuable than that
I’ve been crushing this fairly well. No unnecessary cravings anymore. Great energy all day. I can coast through the day with ease, off of one solid meal if i really want to. It makes you realize how people have been manipulated into excessively gorging on sickening “food”.
i have been on this diet for almost 2 months now and i feel so good for myself..i feel really healthy. instead of eating something made up with processed sugar, i eat fruits instead or flavored yoghurt. because i dont live alone i still have lots of sweets in the pantry but i dont feel like having them anymore even though i know how good they taste. i have lost around 5-6 kgs so far and working out really pays off effectively
Guys it's actually a lot easier than it sounds. I haven't had anything with processed sugar for one and a half months. The trick is not focusing on avoiding sugar but to focus on eating healthier foods like greens, protein, healthy fats , low carbs.. and most of all, plenty of water.. more water. Eat lightly. More water. You'll feel great.
I've tried it & if I don't leave the house it's not so bad if the cupboards are full of healthy foods, but once you go to a shop sugar is everywhere, THAT is where I found it the hardest.
@@JOHNNYHAULAWAY thanks for answering, hope you get the most out of your goals! Ik, brownies are really tough to overlook, I guess we can call it a soul food?

my Math teacher has quit sugar for 12 years. she was one of the healthiest and most centered 45 year old I ever met. its an addiction, with withdrawal symptoms.
Crazy that the stuff that they sell us is literally this bad. It should be illegal. But the Gov flips if a guy sparks a joint. Literally feeding us poison
Seriously. Many of us have heard the "it's more addictive than cocaine" and just went "ohhh okaaay", but it is, because to your body, which is molded to live from meal to meal, possibly struggling to feed yourself for days and days, storing as much energy as possible is seen as a huge necessity, so sugar, which has no other nutritional properties than being pure energy, is like cocaine.
My grandma lives on crap foods, uses lard and eats butter , eats lots of cake and chocolate and biscuits, drinks gin and rum and guiness. She's 84 and has perfect blood pressure and takes absolutely no prescribed medication. It's the luck of the draw I say.
For me, your surroundings does play a huge role if you wanna start this kind of challenge. Reading the comments, I realized I wasn't the only one with this problem. I'm a 94kg 19 year old female and eating sugary foods becomes a bad habit of mine. My family does not maintain a healthy lifestyle which if I were to start eating healthy, they'll be like "Ohh so you wanna eat healthy now huh?" And start teasing me about it. Idk but it's pretty much damaging my mental health and destroying my self esteem. The way I look will always be judged when I meet an old friend or family.. "you've gotten big!" Is what they always say to me😅 this is why I'm not comfortable going out to public places and meeting new people when the people close to me are the one body shaming me :)
I relate and feel your pain. The struggle is enormous when the entire family has taught you these bad habits and try to hold you back when you decide to make healthier choices. Btw, I am currently 94kg too, but I am already 37 years old. My heaviest was 107kg, a nightmare. For the ones that will make harsh comments, I realized they could be blood-related, but they are not family. Family hopes the best for you and helps you. Currently, I have been doing better choices for the one that loves me as family: myself. Best wishes, I hope you are doing great!
Do this, do this for yourself! Diet change and wellbeing is a 100% self motivated endeavour, nobody else can force you and many will hinder. If you're asked "oh so you wanna eat healthy now huh?", your answer only needs to be "Yes, either get on the bus with me or take a different journey!" (you may wish to soften that depending on relationships ;) ) I'm a 57 year old male and back in 2018 realised that having already gone up a trouser size, those were folding over at the belly and so I bought some smart scales. I'm not going to claim a weight problem but overall wasn't good but I was 97kg. What really hit me was that at age 55, my metabolic age reported as 59 and frankly that shocked me. I took control of my diet, i'm now 57 and my metabolic age reports as 56. I wear a clothes size that I last wore about 30 years ago and have had to change my entire wardrobe. I've had people tell me how good I look at 79kg. I feel great, confident and i'm much happier. It's up to you, every journey starts with the first step. Do it for you.
I’ve been wanting to quit eating sugar, for a whole month. I have fast metabolism, always hungry, and binging sugary/junky foods without gaining weight, affected my diet moods, and skin a lot. I don’t have $ or family support to help me but I will attempt to challenge myself a whole month to see differences and consume more higher protein foods/snacks.
When you eat sugar, your body reclaim more sugar. The only thing you can do is replace it with bitter flavours plenty with polyphenols like 100% cacao or coriander
Quitting sugar made me a different person. My mental clarity/short term memory improved, my mood, and motivation improved. I started a new business with my new found motivation. I highly recommend anyone to try quitting sugar. It gets easy after the first week or two.
I've been off added sugar for over 6 months. The biggest difference really is energy in the afternoon. I no longer feel like I'm barely keeping my eyes open at midday. I eat a couple servings of fruit every day and that helps manage cravings for sweet things. I occasionally eat snacks or desserts that are sugar-free/keto but luckily those intense cravings went away early on and I don't feel like I NEED something sweet on the daily. Some things like protein bars actually taste too sweet now. Love how the body & taste buds adapt!
Yah anywhere but the west the food is real. People eat whatever they want in Pakistan or India or Africa and etc They come to America and have to stop eating bread and whatever. It makes them fat.
I swear my phone is watching me. I hadn't had sugar in 15 days and I just now ate two sugar cookies. Then this video pops up on my recommendations. Thanks for making me feel worse, creepy TH-cam spies in my phone.
The fact that I didn't search for this and also just thinking about quitting sugar a while ago TH-cam sometimes really surprises me when it comes to knowing me better than people...
In my home my parents prohibited buying junk , we never had it available around the house so I grew up not craving any of it ! I eat macdonals and all that fried junk maximum 5 times a year I think. It’s amazing how addictive these things are ! I’ll try to repeat what my parents did to us when I finally become a dad .... I think everything starts at home, educated parents in this subject can definitely change children’s future
It definitely does. Habits are always learned. Think really hard about what you want to put out there as an example for others because they do notice it. I am raising my son vegan (compassion for all animals, not just dogs and cats) and my only regret is that I wasn’t raised this way. I could have saved so many lives.
One thing I noticed after significantly reducing my sugar intake for about two weeks was how sweet everything actually is to someone that doesn't eat that on a regular basis. That was a turning point and since then I haven't been able to finish a mars bar lol
I used to eat sugar all the time, everyday deserts, snacks, muffins for breakfast. And I realized I was gaining some weight. I would have to work out like crazy to keep the body I wanted, and I didn't have much time to do the things I loved. So I decided to quit sugar as well. For the first two days it wasn't bad, but seeing my family eat all these incredible deserts and foods made me jealous. Then after 2 months, I noticed I felt really good, I was alert and awake, I didn't have to drink coffee in the morning, or go to bed super early to wake up at 6:00. Sometimes you might feel like quitting like oh its just one day. And then that day turns into a week and so on. I found that setting a date that you will have sugar on, for example I have sugar on my birthday once a year. And that gives you something to look forward to, and keeps you in check. Quitting sugar also gets rid of sugar crashes, and has opened up my pallet for all kinds of new foods. It's been a year and a half now, and I feel the best I ever have, running the fastest, play sports the best, so just try it, I promise you'll feel so much better.
I didn't quit sugar but cut my intake by around 90% and it's been 2years now. The changes I noticed were stunningly decreased cravings, better results on my weight loss goals which was otherwise getting ruined by regular sugar consumption. Greatest of all is I feel proud of having conquered something which I was once enslaved to.
@@pitchbuckets2860 Nothing very specific to mention, however my attitude towards sweets in general changed and that has had tremendous impact. Improved energy levels was noticed once I started to exercise. Sugar or anything sweet is not my option to celebrate or ruminate. However occasionally I satisfy my cravings, bearing in mind the consequences of over indulgence. More often than not I see sugar as a villain that nullifies my hard work, thwarts my goals and that makes things much easier.
I recently decided to cut down on my sugar intake. I did not cut it out completely because I did not want to go thru the withdrawals. I did find that now I can taste how sweet things are and I don't like them. I am eating sugar free chocolate when I need it. I am drinking my soda SO watered down now, it hardly has any soda in it. I love the taste of Pepsi so I put a little bit of it in a cup more than half-full of water. I am due for another blood test next month, so I can't wait to see what doing this for 6 weeks did for my sugar levels.
not really.. I have diabetes type1(so 4 injections of insulin daily) and still eat sugar, theres no problem with it. Even the doctors say that sometimes some sugar is completely fine
I quit sugar for 90 days straight, back in 2017. This was the time I also started working out regularly. The only sweet I used to eat during this period was in the form of fruits. It was really difficult for the first two weeks because I was so fond of sweets. But then, that feeling gradually faded away and I never really felt the urge of eating a sweet even if it was kept in front of me. The benefits were so many. I felt so light and nimble. I felt my digestive system became more robust. I was less irritable (part of it also because of working out regularly). Most importantly, I felt in control of myself. Eventually, I started using natural sweeteners like jaggery and raw honey and have completely eliminated sugar in any form from my life. Couldn't be happier by this decision. I think everyone should give it a try and see the benefits themselves.
@@jiyabkhalil8693 well it depends from person to person I guess. I was only 10kgs overweight as per BMI measurement. I knocked off the remaining 6kgs in the next 4 months. I did not make any drastic changes to my diet other than removing sugar otherwise the transformation could have been faster.
Me at Age 19: "I don't understand how people are fat. I eat just as much junk as they do but I'm still slim. Me at Age 29: "I don't understand why I keep gaining weight. I eat as little as possible but I'm still fat."
If you can say that at 21 then imagine at 41. Seriously you’d be surprised at how fit you previously felt at 21 not because of a lack of sugar but also because you are 21. Enjoy it, treat your body right. I wish I hadn’t put so much weight on and lost some teeth.
You can do this! I’m 54 and I quit processed and food last month, right before Christmas. Thus far I have lost 12 pounds without really trying. I’m just naturally active because I have a 4 month old pup I have to keep up with:-). I work out for 30 minutes, 3 to 4 times a week. I can safely say the weight loss is due to eliminating sugar, in any form, and eliminating processed foods.
Dude, your color grades are goals. I don't watch your stuff enough but every time I do, I get two things out them, every time. 1) A ton of value, and food for thought 2.) Intense jealousy and a drive to figure out how to make my stuff look like this lol
I haven't eaten sugar for 4 months. Also I have been exercising regularly for 4 months. I feel healthier than before. I did this not to lose weight, but to be healthier. I lost 6 kilograms in this period, this has been very good for me. It was really hard at first. I'm so happy to quit sugar. My skin is better than before and that's all. I wanted to share this with you.
Honest input: I quit sugar just because I began to take care of my body after learning the problems of sugar. I did not have a specific goal other than to cut sugar. Let me tell u I lost so much weight and I couldn’t find the reason other than sugar intake. Cons: - I lost a lot of weight, as a man thats a downside as I did not intend to lose weight. Approximately 20-25 pounds within this year. -My libido went down (weak erections) -always tired Pros: -I see positive change in my face and my gf notices as well -Mentally stronger to stay away from sugary drinks, candy, junk food, etc
@@BenjiClips614 Nope, it's still just sugar. The more "natural" something is, the more it wants to harm you. Processed sugar and natural sugar is the same.
I’ve watched this video twice now - almost two years apart. The first time I watched it I wanted to do this but thought there’s no way. This time I am on my last week of no sugar and am thinking of continuing this as a lifestyle change for the majority of the time. It truly is life changing (more energy, better sleep) to not always be hanging by the snack drawer and craving dessert.
Naomi Grace just don’t eat it, I’m a 16 year old who has quit for a month so far and I was surrounded by Chips, ice cream, pizza and tacos all the time. You just have to get through the first three days without it and you’ll be good and building up motivation every days helped along with sleeping to get through it.

Trying to stay persistent is challenging. But I'm getting there.
@Raw Cienna same here. The only clothes I kept were the same black t shirts, jeans, and a few clothes for church and other special occasions. And three pairs of shoes.
Same. I’ve been “trying” (poorly) to do so and tonight my friend who quit sugar was talking to me and I decided I wanted to try it and this confirms it
I actually learn English through watching your videos. It's also useful to hack some tips for self-improvement. Dad-gut, onset, sustenance, treat - meal. 3 take-away that i can stick to: 1. The average amount of sugar that recommened consumption is 25 gram/day. So i should check the pack about added sugar 2. The addiction of sugar can really impact the fluctuation of high or low energy in a day. In someway, when we see ourselve crave more sugar, it might reflect our body state needing more sweetness in life. 3. To make the balance and enjoy in the long run, we don't need to cut out sugar completely from out daily meal if our body has not yet been ready. Treat meal at times is a good idea!
In my opinion, cheat days are useless for most people. If you eat way too much sugar on a cheat day, it defeats the whole purpose. Eating healthy should be a lifestyle and not a diet. Just my opinion, loved the video
I disagree if you treat yourself for some sweets on one day you unlikely get to binge on some fast food sooner or later. It helped me to lose 40 pounds easy
@@swinxfee oh yeah that's different. I was thinking of cheat days cause I hear people doing that all the time. And I never tried that because I knew I would just binge eat again.
June is a perfect month to do this! I begin tomorrow. I've already taken steps to get rid of sugar but the hardest part is that almost nothing in my home is made from scratch. I live with my parents and my mom is all about fast and as little work as possible. She is 76 and has some health issues. I gave up ice-cream and 99% of dairy last year. But I did not realize how addicted to sugar that I was. I've already made drastic changes but sugar is the next goal. Its hard because I don't drive and live in a rural area. I can't get my family to even go grocery shopping once a month. Meaning that 95% of my food is delivered through the mail. I can't simply go and buy fresh produce or vegetables. But I am trying
Y’all, I’m on day 3... already my head hurts, I slept so rough last night and my minds fuzzy. Sugar addiction is crazy!! I can’t believe I’d never realised to clearly before 🤭🥺

I had a sugar addiction for one and a half years. I had sugar cravings throughout the entire day, some days I even ate whole bars of chocolate for breakfast, and I couldn't stop it. It was horrible. I had tried many times to quit sugar, but I ended consuming tons of it again. Eventually, at the beginning of 2021, I decided to face this willpower challenge one last time. And since then, I've been sugar free for 25 days, and I'll keep fighting to push that number higher! If you struggle with similar craving problems, I'll tell you, IT IS POSSIBLE to overcome them, YOU CAN DO IT! And your body will be endlessly thankful for that... Personally, although I've never really been overweight, now I weigh 150 pounds (at 5'11"), my skin appears brighter and I barely have any acne (as compared to last year). Quitting (added) sugar is one of the best decisions you can make!
Keep it up man! While I've never sustained a craving that long, I never sustained a processed-sugar-free lifestyle as long as you either 😔 I need to treat myself with more respect and not make excuses to slip into old habits just for the sake of familiarity.
When a sugar craving hits, lick your finger and put it into real salt. Apply the salt to your tongue and take a few long breaths. BAM! Sugar craving is gone. Works every time.
Fuck, dude! this shit actually worked for me! I'm a powerlifter from Egypt and Ia always had an issue with this. But this really did help. Thanks a lot.
That first part about changing your environment by not buying them in the first place. You get me😭. I hate that my mother buys sweets and snacks. I didn’t get fat from having self control.
Matt, and everybody else who's reading this: if you want a dessert while on "no sugar" just eat an apple. Yeah, it does have sugar, but it's not concentrated and free floating as in added sugar or sugar based candies. And the real thing that struck me: after a month of abstaining from sugar my taste buds renewed to a point where my favourite usually sour-mildsweet apple tased sweet-sour with both flavours accentutated to such a degree it made me tear up and think - this is the food of the Gods, this is the damn ambrosia! Even the "crappy" falvourless apples became sweet and nuanced! Turns out consuming sugar everyday takes away the tastes(and not just sweet) of other products and makes them feel dull when they are not.
Very true! I was on 75 hard so.no sugar for 75 day i had oranges one time and they were like nectar of the Gods (granted it was orange season but still) incredibly sweet and delicious
For me, fruit was as addictive as other crappy sugars. So I had no choice but to go cold turkey in no having anything sweet at all in my diet until I lose my sweet tooth and learn to eat things moderately.
Felt the same way until I just kept ignoring the feeling now I don’t even care when someone else eats something sweet or something I would have wanted months ago
Pema...Cutting out sugar and bad carbs,, ETC. .. walking everyday, light weights, LOTS OF water, eating a flexible vegetaranian way of eating.....causes depression is gone, my eyesight reversed itself, no glasses needed, LOTS OF ENERGY...better SLEEP...NO brain fog......blood labs are improved
Same! Because of depression I used to have "brain fog" and blamed it on covid but my psychiatrist told me to cut off sugar. After a while my mind felt much "clearer"
@@leslieg8047 Because the body needs sugar. All of the comments who said that this stuff is life changing, then you aren’t doing to correctly and everyone who commented that it didn’t work is speaking the truth because the body runs on sugars. I don't see what's unhealthy in sugar. For example glucose. Glucose is essential for the brain, central nervous system and red blood cells to work properly.Or fructose ! Fructose + glucose = sucrose and sucrose, unlike fructose, the body largely breaks glucose down in the cells, and as you may know, fructose can bind to glucose. The small intestine usually absorbs this sugar type and sends it out to the body's cells for energy. Every day I go and have a snack before I start training and it gives me energy for about 1-2 hours. So that's why sugar is an important and healthy source of energy with glucose being the most important for the body...So they don't have to worry about it because the body knows when you need to eat sugar and how much to eat.
You sound like a sharp young man. I was going to say that since your brain and body are still developing at 14 to be careful with radical diet changes that cut anything one thing out entirely, but then I remembered that advice does not hold for crack, alcohol, tobacco, murder etc. You made a fantastic choice that you will never regret and that will have long term HUGE benefits, as you already saw, even in the short term. Good for you. Keep it up!
@Hi.imbored 13 hi! so, I didn't quit ALL the sugar. just candy, all types. but I still ate fruit, so it was a great option for me because I absolutely love fruit. I totally got used to it. the first weeks were pretty hard, trust me, but the second month came easily. I could stare at people eating sugar and not crave for it, not even a little bit. my body stopped missing it. you just have to get through the start
Wait ....the real changes are to come. Everything you eat will be more tasteful...you do not need spices anymore. No even thinking about having sugar, that takes time, years I think, the hardest is to say no when you go to someones house , but say no...even if they are a little mad.
Get rid of sugar, caffeine, fast food and have a regular sleeping schedule (at least 7:30 hours of sleep per night) and you're already ahead of the game!
look up what caffeine does to your body at least, before giving any advice. Black coffee is actually one of the best things you can do for your body, unless you drink it right after you woke up or right before going to bed.
@pedro17 High amounts of caffeine can lead to the negative health effects associated with prolonged elevated levels of cortisol (as in chronic stress). However, small to moderate amounts of caffeine can lift your mood and give you a boost.
@pedro17 But having a black cup of coffee when you feel tensed or low can boost your mood instantly and make things better. Coffee stimulates the central nervous system and increases the production of dopamine, serotonin, and noradrenaline, important neurotransmitters that elevate the mood.
@@vansah9567 Yes, it has natural sugar and is good for your body. But also do not binge on it because it will do more harm than good. But you can eat a good amount of fruit as long as you have a balanced diet! :)

@@maskzdartist13 i dont like honey actually so i dont eat it, but yeah u can have it its healthy :)
More water. You'll feel great.
ni ni nuts are typically a good source of fat. Peanuts are a good one even though they’re considered a legume (they’re usually the cheapest “nut”)

its an addiction, with withdrawal symptoms.

A joint is probably healthier than sugar, so...
I read somewhere that cancer cells thrive on sugar.

Eat healthy, do exercise, take vitamin tabs and sleep well. That's what I've done and it's my 65th birthday next week. 😊
My grandma lives on crap foods, uses lard and eats butter , eats lots of cake and chocolate and biscuits, drinks gin and rum and guiness. She's 84 and has perfect blood pressure and takes absolutely no prescribed medication. It's the luck of the draw I say.

y supplements, just have a balanced diet my guy
Jesus can heal it all
Do this, do this for yourself!

Because chicken broth is healthy
{Delete this} there are healthy carbs, but it still turns to sugar in the body. thats why hes still craving sugar.
Thanks✌
May I ask if you have lost anymore weight throughout the process?
Good job!!!👍👍👍
Honest input:
I quit sugar just because I began to take care of my body after learning the problems of sugar. I did not have a specific goal other than to cut sugar. Let me tell u I lost so much weight and I couldn’t find the reason other than sugar intake.
Cons:
-
I lost a lot of weight, as a man thats a downside as I did not intend to lose weight. Approximately 20-25 pounds within this year.
-My libido went down (weak erections)
-always tired
Pros:
-I see positive change in my face and my gf notices as well
-Mentally stronger to stay away from sugary drinks, candy, junk food, etc
dont leave sugar totally, u can eat fruits, i recommend pineapple slices 3 times per week, ur girlfriend is gonna be pretty happy everytime u cum man.
Make sure to do a blood test, check you testosterone and estrogen levels. E.D is no joke.
Weak erections simply means that you are either not exercising or not exercising hard enough.
Who needs snacks when you are the SNACC
Edit: I said you'd be getting that 1 mil plaque within the month, looks like that'll be coming true!

I cut the sugar about 2 months ago. The best decision I ever made for my health. Dropped the weight, picked up a lot of energy and never felt better.

@Shantell 48205 always eat fruit its healthy and has benefits

I’ve watched this video twice now - almost two years apart. The first time I watched it I wanted to do this but thought there’s no way. This time I am on my last week of no sugar and am thinking of continuing this as a lifestyle change for the majority of the time. It truly is life changing (more energy, better sleep) to not always be hanging by the snack drawer and craving dessert.
glad to hear
Hope you decided to make the lifestyle switch.

I actually learn English through watching your videos. It's also useful to hack some tips for self-improvement. Dad-gut, onset, sustenance, treat - meal.
3 take-away that i can stick to:
1. The average amount of sugar that recommened consumption is 25 gram/day. So i should check the pack about added sugar

I can’t believe I’d never realised to clearly before 🤭🥺
Did you do it? :D

ben jamen fan I did something called ‘The David Fast’ so I went sugarless (amongst other things) for 10 days; I have so much respect for this guy pulling off 30 days!! I struggled with just the 10 😰😂

@@mikismissingmarbles7091 I succeeded at cutting off junk food entirely for a month but i started eating unhealthy stuff during the quarantine, but now im gonna quit again, hopefully it wont be too hard :D
Congratulations
Keep it up man! While I've never sustained a craving that long, I never sustained a processed-sugar-free lifestyle as long as you either 😔
I need to treat myself with more respect and not make excuses to slip into old habits just for the sake of familiarity.
When a sugar craving hits, lick your finger and put it into real salt. Apply the salt to your tongue and take a few long breaths. BAM! Sugar craving is gone. Works every time.

swtdrops yeah it has no cals
You should try 95% or 100% cocoa.

@@TheAbsoluteProduction why

Get rid of sugar, caffeine, fast food and have a regular sleeping schedule (at least 7:30 hours of sleep per night) and you're already ahead of the game!
White tea has a small amount of caffeine, wont be giving that up, no other tea comes close to it for health benefits.
look up what caffeine does to your body at least, before giving any advice.
