True in a normal t shirt and on video, but I think in person he looks HUGE
“Calm” makes my digestion incredible
Daily I watch 1 episode of cbum in perworkout so my focus and motivation is amazing in gym
🔥
I am sooo hyped to see Chris on Olympia! Every vlog makes me more excited as if im competing myself lol, great content as usual!
Man im in a 1000kcal deficit right now for the 4th week, and im pretty much fucked up 24/7. Yet, CBum is in a fucking 2000kcal deficit at least and still producing content.. thanks for motivating us to be better every day.❤️
1,600 calories? Wow! Incredible stuff. Made me shudder as I tucked away my 800 calorie chocolate protein oats for breakfast!😊 Keeping pushing Chris!💪💪
Recipe pls
@@aiwinct4932 probably just oats with chocolate protein and then some lol
@@sahajpreetsingh5698 And then some lol, we all love lol.
@@aiwinct4932 100 grams of oats 2 tbsp of peanut butter 1 scoop protein powder and half banana or full whatever you want
@@TheDonBoston i cant start my morning without lol
It’s crazy how satisfying it is to watch cbum eat 🤯
Should I be worried 👀
@@ChrisBumstead Not at all man lol
Have you ever thought about going on Ryan Holdiays podcast. It would be super cool listening to an interview on you apply stoicism to your day
Bruh I am 5'8, 166 lbs and I feel like horrible on 1600 cal. How are you even doing it for a day at 6'1, 240 lbs? Respect to you man.
Try intermittent fasting where you consume all your foods in a smaller window to keep you satisfied then fast for 16-18 hours and eventually your body will get used to it
"Chris is the best, Chris has amazing genetics, Chris is the GOAT"
But still look at the work ethic and discipline
Never lose hope you never know what tomorrow may bring.
Chris I don’t know how to tell you this but I’m your son. I was created by watching your TH-cam videos all that testosterone and gains just former me and I’m proud of ya haha. Win that Olympia dad
Well hello son
‘’ I kind of just let it cook until it’s cooked ‘’

You’re the best, bro! 👊🏻👌🏻
😂 my brain function right now

I love this man for no reason
5:20 Courtney: "love youuuuu🥰" Chris: "........"
Low carb + focus
As a wrestler who does the same thing with cutting, when people talk to you you get pissed off. It doesn't matter if they just said I love you. You hate them.
Chris I just gotta say your biceps have improved a ton! Great job man! Can wait to see that W at the Olympia!
Bro how tf is this beast not verified, cmon team lets make his dreams come true
Chris should go on derek's anti-hair loss regimen.
ASAP
Dude nothing reverses tren and masteron hair loss while on cycle bro. It's a sacrifice you gotta make to step on stage.
@@antonhallergren588 hair loss is genetic. Doesnt matter what compounds you are on

Face and eyes so pretty, he doesn´t need hair. (no homo)
Champ’s lookin calm and clear heading into his 3-peat 👌💯
Compliment from Syndicate: It is incomprehensible how charismatic a person can be. I have been thinking about being a fan who follows your production of videos and makes purchases of your products. Keep up the good work of informing and using your body as an example of what a healthy look is. With best regards. 😺
Спасибо вам за такое количество видео, следим за вами со всех уголков мира! Удачи вам в вашей подготовке и здоровья вашим близким 🙌
bodybuilding brings everyone together 💪
You know Coach Greg gonna do a video on this and then say ‘Chris, you don’t have to eat like this, but my fricking cookbook.’ Lol.
He already did 😂
yeah id rather listen to soon to a 3x mr olimpia (soon to be) rather than someone who preaches maingaining lol
@@KVB.Entertainment10 obviously Chris is in the right here lol but maingaining is so much better than bulking
@@TheRealOwen1230 There's no scientific evidence proving OR disproving the efficacy of maingaining. Compared to lean bulking, it probably has marginally increased results. Maingaining is ideal if you can manage it, but it's not as practical or far superior to lean bulking for hypertrophy.
very off topic tangent but had to say
@@KVB.Entertainment10 You can maingain if youre on TRT not natty lmfaooo. Try maingaining while natty. Greg is a joke, this man shouldve been cancelled already for the scams hes done.
It is amazing what little things make a actual difference at that level. God tier earned!
When you are limiting the veggies hard, you know you are going to another level
true tho!
Pretty much.
Veggies don't have a lot of calories...idk why he is restricting it...like I think literally a pound of spinach is > 100 calories
Just went from Brian Shaw's diet to this. So insane that two people in the fitness world can have like a 7k calorie difference
Same 😂
this vid crazyy Self-discipline is crazyy being is maybe last on my list i’m lifting for sports and i want to change my diet but i don’t buy food yet i’ll change it when i move out
when Chris retires after winning how many olympias, Mr. O Classic physique should give Bumstead statue trophy to the winner so that winner realizes that he is actually second to that statue.
Always gonna be a bigger fish. He the goat now, but the best part about the sport is that it always evolves. So do the people. And im sure Cbum knows that, and knows thats why he's in this position.
@@soulie2001 idk about "bigger" fish, he's got once in a lifetime genetics at his height. someone may come with better insertions somewhere and better conditioning, but idk about any winners actually looking physically bigger. Like how Arnold was the tallest Mr O and since then every open winner has been a lot shorter
@@highviewbarbell not necessarily bigger, as in size, but someone who rules the sport more. Regardless, alot of these guys come in and who knows, maybe there will be a better man. Im rooting for Cbum but thats the beauty of sports. Techniques and strategies are refined every day. New players enter the game. Its a colosseum out there.
No matter how good you are there is always someone better than you - remember this always
Nice...Your diets always on point bro!! I've used some of your ideas for meals and they have become a staple in my diet!! Appreciate the content.
Beautiful house and kitchen and paper plates. We need some CBum flatware and cooking utensils
Chris thanks for keeping my mental health in check with this motivation! break ups are hard! but the gym weights hit harder mate!
Amazing insight into the amount of hard work and mental struggles it takes to push your body the way he does. I wish I had 10% of this man's drive and self control.
Dont wish, just do. Greatness goes to those who detach on what isn’t important, prioritize on the true goal and execute on the needed plan/journey. Getting up each day with purpose will enhance your mindset and overall performance on life.
Cbum is a beast one of the only bodybuilders who wears shirts his size every body else do this
It’s funny how two years ago I thought that cbum was unstoppable, and now two years in a row he’s come in significantly improved 🤯🤯
You are gonna win for the next 30 years champ 💪
Watching this after a massive Thanksgiving feast, takes on a whole new meaning, lol. Are you seasoning this stuff? Salt or just straight plain?
Hey Chris I think you dropped this 👑
More likely this 🥇🏅
