  • Here's what I eat in a day at the start of my bulk! I went in detail to show you what I ate and why I eat it in order to build as much muscle as possible. I hope this gives you some insight & allows you to take some tips over to your own diet! (Don't copy me exactly, these are my own individual caloric and dietary need)

      For IBS, look into a PRE-biotic, such as Inulin or Jerusalem artichoke, about 1000 mg, first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

      I had IBS a while back and started drinking green tea instead of coffee and began eating sherbet and sorbet instead of ice cream…..after about two weeks my IBS symptoms stopped.

    Casey, not sure if you'll see this but i'd suggest you look into getting an Omega 3 supplement labeled epa and dha omega-3's. The concentration will be much better and you'll be able to get a more accurate dosage (I take around 1500mg-2000mg a day depending on soreness). EPA omega's are more for soreness and DHA's interact with the transient receptors in our brain. For me a higher dha concentration def helps with stress and anxiety too.

    Hey Casey, have you been checked for Ulcerative Colitis / Crohns? As someone who suffers from UC, look into increasing your soluble fiber intake and decreasing your insoluble fiber intake. Another gut friendly bulking shake is avacado, yoghurt, blueberries, 2x bananas & milk if you can stomach it (800-1000 calories) and goes down a treat!

    I do not know how tall you are and how much you weight atm, but I did a few maintenence calorie tests and Added 200 calories to that for a lean bulk and that came out to 3000 colories. But I feel like its still not enough idk if I have a high base metabolic rate but I also cant affort to just spend cash on more calories😂

    Can you explain how upping your healthy fat content is healing your hormones? Just finished a cut and feel like I am in a similar boat to you. Felt cold all the time and lethargic still 1 month after ending my cut. Still feel this way sometime and it may be because I am not upping my healthy fats after watching this video

      Fats are essential to hormone production. If you don’t have enough, hormones aren’t produced correctly

    Hey Casey, I have IBS too and its super rough (feel like a lot of what I take doesn't get absorbed 😭) do u have any other recommendations to help minimize its impact on weightlifting and maybe gaining weight as well

      COMPLETELY AVOID foods that upset your stomach. As much as you may like them its absolutely not worth it. Find what works for you and do the best you can

      This is the beginning of my bulk from a very very lean body composition. Eat as many calories as you need CONSISTENTLY to gain 1-2lbs/week

    Also, just a question, is 3000 calories too much for me as a woman on a bulk? I am 6’0 and around 160 pounds. My maintenance calories are around 2500 because I am pretty active. 3000 just seems like a ton 😅

      Nope! Seems about right. Aim to gain about 1lb per week on average and you should be doing just fine!

    Keep it homie! I thought your calories were going to be +5000 like most fitness influencers lol but that's realistic or kinda low imo.
    Bros I want to know how many calories you eat when bulking to see how much difference there is in each person, I eat 2750-2800 calories (160 lbs-----5'9) this allows me to gain 1.5-2 pounds per month (7000 daily steps)
