1000/10 Ryan did amazing! and he's eating veggies! But Nick, you're a star with your clear concise skill building lessons and the confidence you instilled in Ryan!
I’m really impressed by Nicks teaching skills, it’s hard to teach but actually want to do it for the person you’re teaching but he sat back and let Ryan do the work. Great job Ryan and Nick.
Especially with someone who doesn't have any knowledge to start from. Ryan did great too for someone who doesn't have much kitchen experience but the fact that he did so great shows how great of a teacher Nick is. this was also my exact thought
Ryan learned professional cooking in a day only, was super stressed, but even Gordon Ramsay gave him an awesome rating, plus the fact he never cooked this before and it’s super hard to do so deserves a 10/10.
What I like about this is the fact that not only is it a lesson for Ryan, but as viewers were being taught these skills. Awesome job Ryan. That Wellington looks incredible.
Nick does a lot of joke videos and a lot of videos that are meant for engagement but it’s amazing to watch him prove how high level he is. He was a prodigy on master chef and then that opened up opportunities to learn in some of the best kitchens in the world. From master chef finalist to never stopping learning and practicing he’s a professional.
Given the fact that Ryan had 10% knowledge in the kitchen and in one day he learned so much and what he did at the end I will give him 10/10 he deserves!
10/10 I am absolutely amazed by how quickly Ryan learns! He went from cutting onions like apples to making one of the hardest dishes in the world! Well done Ryan and well done Nick for teaching him!

There's no doubt about how amazing this was! Seeing Ryan cook the Beef Wellington for the first time ever and nailing it to perfection just blows my mind. A Perfect 10/10 score is the only right answer! Exceptional job Ryan!
This has got to be one of my favourite videos on TH-cam! Two of the most wholesome men collabing, so much laughter! Especially as Ryan’s lack of food knowledge 😅 and watching how quickly Ryan improved and how skilled and patient a teacher nick was. I learnt stuff too. And then watching how good Ryan did at the end being such a stark difference! This ticked all the boxes! As a 14-year-old with an immense passion for cooking, I just wanted to take a moment to admire your incredible teaching skills. While watching this video, I couldn't help but imagine how amazing it would be if you started a cooking school or offered individual lessons. The way you break down cooking techniques in such an engaging and fun manner is truly inspiring, and I believe it would be a game-changer for anyone looking to learn, especially those who have no cooking experience. It would be incredible if you could create a series of videos that take viewers from basic culinary skills all the way to pro-level techniques. this was the most incredible video i have probably ever watched. the fact that ryan went from thinking water was beef broth to cooking and baking an almost flawless beef wellington is extremely mind blowing. 10/10 for sure. (p.s. i was holding my breath the whole time when ryan was being rushed to put the wellington in the oven. it was extremely nerve wracking.)
10/10 I love how Ryan is such a good learner knowing that he def dosen't know how to cook (as we can see from the beginning) but just after one day, he did it. Obviously, Nick is such a good teacher and bro, I love how I can feel Nick's "proudness" (?) towards Ryan as he skillfully cooks a very difficult meal and to think Ryan was just recently eating at Hell's Kitchen, not knowing he would cook the same scruptious meal that he ate. Really greay job, Ryan and Nick! Proud of you both! ❤
This is incredible! He learned so quickly!! Nick is an incredible teacher and Ryan is a super good and quick learner! He did so good!!! You can tell by the way he was describing everything that he was really enjoying himself and feeling like a chef! He really remembered and perfectly applied everything he had learned the day before when he was making the beef Wellington! 10/10!!❤❤❤

Charisma, Perfect brotherly collab, Gordon Ramsay, Educational and so freaking impressive, both the teaching and the learning. Great job Ryan 9.5/10 excellent work I couldn't have imagined it looking so good I'm thankful you did it and Nick you did a great job teaching him how to cook
I like how Ryan did such a good job the reason I didn’t give him a 10/10 because he could have maybe done that a little faster but everything else was incredible
I really love videos like this. You should do more fun training-ish videos so we can really see the extent of your skills and how AMAZING OF A TEACHER YOU ARE!! You give actual constructive criticism, and you're actually teaching! You don't shame or humiliate him for not knowing stuff, it's great. But seeing Ryan cut that steak horizontally was hilarious LOL
I know you had a certain style you wanted to approach this video with Nick, and it worked out beautifully. It was a fun educational and welcoming video. You have a je ne sais quias about you that helps bring people in and not feel judged. You're doing amazing work. You're a great teacher and you show great patience and compassion.

from hating vegetables to cooking with them, this is the secret story arc from ryan we needed all along, THANK YOU NICK AND GORDON!!!
That might just have been the best 50 minutes of you tube I have watched. I enjoyed every minute. That said I have been cooking my whole life and I have never yet attempted a wellington. Ryan did such a good job I think he has given me the inspiration and confidence to give it a go.👍👍 Bravo boys and Merry Christmas!
10/10 Ryan! it’s so cool to see someone achieve something they’ve never done before and the Wellington looks so delicious!
9/10 is very goof for Ryan's first real dish good job he deserves his chef title
10000000/10 such an entertaining watch. Loved it so so much!!!! One of the best colabs there is
LOVED THIS VIDEO!!!!! I enjoyed being part of the journey and learning myself. I give Ryan an 11/10!!!
10 out of 10, I love you, Ryan you had a lot of faith. You know your heart was beating. You still made it good.
1:51 Ryan: Beef with a hint of sweated onion
Nick: It’s just water💀😭
Great teaching, Nick and Ryan, you are truly a natural! Wow, that was beautiful!!!
Sinceramente, necesitamos mas videos asi, de enseñanza y explicacion 🙏
I know you had a certain style you wanted to approach this video with Nick, and it worked out beautifully. It was a fun educational and welcoming video. You have a je ne sais quias about you that helps bring people in and not feel judged. You're doing amazing work. You're a great teacher and you show great patience and compassion.
OMG I ABSOLUTELY LOVED this whole video!!!
Nick is so funny- "Ryan, let's not stand at an awkward angle"........."Hold the spoon like a normal person" 🤣🤣🤣
I was laughing so hard! Great job you guys, loved this colab!!!
17:28 Ryan’s excitement just disappeared when nick said no😂😂😂
Ryan is such a good sport! never underestimate this guy. loved the "good luck welly" part
10/10! ryan did phenomenal especially starting out with little to no skills. a little homework and a a while day of teaching gave him a great push. i wasn’t sure if he was going to pull this off. AMAZED
It’s amazing how Ryan not only learnt to cook in such short amount of time but also how he perfected such a hard dish. 😱 11/10 ❤
Love it- you two are such joy to watch - each of you are on your own channels and now here, as team, feels like “getting two for the price of one”. Thank you!
not to be rude but u kinda said that twice now
- whoops! I didn’t realize my comment posted twice - thanks for letting me know- I don’t think you sounded rude - honestly, though … don’t you think they deserve a heart-felt compliment like this at least twice? -
@@gbc6422 yeah, good point dude.

1:00 “please dice the onion”
Ryan: like in dice shapes?
THIS GOT ME ALREADYY😓
The collab we all needed, but enjoyed even more. 🙂
my dad taught me to hold a knife like that and use the claw method to avoid cutting my fingers. it's cool how people across different cultures came up with similar solutions for cutting food :D
