Hey Coach, glad to see you still making champions!! Thank you for all ur help winning all the competitions I did, miss seeing you and the wife at the gym 👍❤
I appreciate fitness and health combined with intelligence. Chris clearly has that, not just some meathead. And as an avid cook, I enjoyed the shout out about lower heat and handwashing non-stick pans. Great vid.
Coach Tuttle helped me win 1st place at many shows, the knowledge and attention he gives his clients no price can buy...Thanks Coach, TEAM EVOLUTIONARY PROTEGE 4LIFE❤
Took so many notes from his last nutrition video with you all, really enjoyed seeing this full day of eating. Probably my favorite individual you all have had and that’s a big list to beat!
They also both run horrific amounts of compouns in their stacks. Chris runs a gram of Tren a week year round and Evan the last time he prepped was running 5g of test a week. Massive overkill.
This guy is awesome. Has a real knack for finding food combinations that are both super healthy, and tasty. If I competed, would definitely look to him for advice.
Much more common during diet phases. He is far more conscious than most, I’ll give you that - but eating 2.4k cals is way different to eating 6000 with 1000g clean carbs in an off-season PLUS heaps of veg.
not gonna lie, all the meals were very creative and refreshing in terms of their components and seems a lot more relatable to the natural guys. good stuff!
Chris Tuttle fan here. Love the quality content he brings. He presents everything on a very high level. Looking like a refined muscle machine too 💪🏼 Keep up the great work bro 👍🏼
chris is one of the best ones right now from you guys! enjoy him so much! keep up with the fantastic content and of course more full day of eating videos! :)
11:32 was waiting for that. He has such a no frills presentation. The man not only earned a Masters in what he's talking, he literally lived it. Put it to the test and he looks like that. So he's giving information, and if you think it's BS, he doesn't GAF. He's based in what he's talking about, take it or leave it
So THIS is the guy behind MOR? Amazing! Other than that, a great full day with an EXCELLENT calorie count! And always great to see a lefty bodybuilder!!
This guy is awesome! His knowledge is off the charts! His meals looked amazing! Very detailed in all his explanations. The boxing clip was great to see in the beginning. Much respect. Thanks M.S.you guys keep delivering the best content out there!
Very down to Earth and relatable guy! Also good to see a bodybuilder who doesn’t get out of breath after saying 3 words and doesn’t need to swear every other word either!
Finally someone who knows about their cookware! Non-stick pans are safe if you use them correctly. Medium heat only, a little oil, and clean them with care and they will last. I've seen so many videos of bodybuilders making eggs on nonstick and they are scraping off the burnt eggs... All-clad stainless is where it's at for everything other than eggs.
Like the tip on microwaving apples with cinnamon. I know they offer so many benefits but I find them normally kind of a PIA to eat uncooked, I don't have the patience 😂 Same with carrots. Thanks for the great advice and video.
9:06 If you put it in a pot with some soil then you’ll have free herbs forever. You can even propegate it and make more plants. It’s zero effort and saves a bunch of money. Bought 3 fresh herbs from the store 8 years ago, and haven’t bought one since! That would’ve added up to quite a lot of money if new plants had been bought several times a year for 8 years. Just plop them down in some water and allow them to get roots and then you just pot them and water them once a week.
I'm a Chef. Professional. He's using a thermometer that we use in kitchens. Props. I have and so do my Sous have in their knife rolls. Good for you Brother.
hi chris, by adding apple aren't u adding a source f sugar that will prevent u from shredding. haven't seen any bodybuilder eating fruits during cut. I suffer from constipation during cutting no matter how much veggies I add. So instead I add 70gm sprouts and that gives me 10gm of fibre
This was a really dope full day of eating. I love to finally see a bodybuilder who wats fruits 🍎 and vegetables 🥗 I am also glad he mentioned about constipation. That is a real thing. People don’t get enough fiber in their diet, fruits and vegetables and go days without 💩ing which isn’t healthy at all. Everyone should go at least 2-3 times a day for a healthy bowel movement
Yes! Agree on digestion, many athletes forget about that when dieting and it becomes a nightmare of an issue. The frequency of bowel movements is based on the individual. I’d say as long as you are going once and it matches a healthy/ normal visuals on the Bristol stool chart you are good to go!
If you're going to do the videos please describe everything you do you had supplements and other stuff with your breakfast there was no mention of those
Not everything shot can always fit because the length of the video would be too long. The supplements were Ubiquinol, Fish Oil, Vitamin D, Turmeric, Vitamin K2 and heart & kidney supplements.
Cilantro lives forever!!! Have you ever tried making your own homemade Mexican salsa with cilantro 🌿 and peppers 🌶 to add to your chicken? There’s many different ways or recipes on how to make it. It definitely puts fire in your meals. I personally love it in all my meals. Check it out 🥊 😃👍🏼
Thanks again for this opportunity!!! I had a blast!
Thank you for being awesome and dropping all this amazing knowledge for our community!
Hey Coach, glad to see you still making champions!! Thank you for all ur help winning all the competitions I did, miss seeing you and the wife at the gym 👍❤
You should have got 4th at the N.Y pro💪🏼

Yeah absolutely. He’s someone who really would fine tune things for what works for you.
Took so many notes from his last nutrition video with you all, really enjoyed seeing this full day of eating. Probably my favorite individual you all have had and that’s a big list to beat!
Wow! Great feedback thanks for the support man!
Chris reminds me of Evan Centopani! Always organised, alot of thought going into meals and digestion and all in all a great guy and awesome speaker!
They also both run horrific amounts of compouns in their stacks. Chris runs a gram of Tren a week year round and Evan the last time he prepped was running 5g of test a week. Massive overkill.
@@LeatherFeet1 none of what you just said is even a slight bit true
@@LeatherFeet1 where did you hear this? Never heard of either of these guys say anything close to that.
Source trust me bro@@LeatherFeet1

Absolutely! If you ever get the itch tuttlenutrition.com/
Chris looks phenomenal and very healthy these days. Been following him for a decade now.
Agreed! Same here haha
I was shocked seeing a bodybuilder eating his veggies and fruits, but of course he had to be a nutritionist ;D
They all eat their veggies and fruits when shredding
Lol he's always on top of his diet!
@@cyrus2310 no they don’t. The large majority eat none.
With so many vegetables I would think he was a vegan!
Much more common during diet phases. He is far more conscious than most, I’ll give you that - but eating 2.4k cals is way different to eating 6000 with 1000g clean carbs in an off-season PLUS heaps of veg.
I love how he is all about the details and is so intentional with everything. He seems happy, more of Chris!!
The is the most sensible and practically informative FDoE vid I've ever seen.
It’s a top episode for sure !!

I'm taking notes. TY
I like how he keep it basic with counting food from direct source's like 45g protein from chicken etc
This guy is the true definition of “get your protein and nutrition from food”
Awesomeness
When I hear bodybuilders talk about food or when I see them go grocery-shopping I feel so inspired. ☺
That’s awesome thanks for the comment!
Holy shit! 103 ppl and no one placed out of top 5 is very impressive!
Agreed!
Man, this dude is squared away. I can digg it.

Man's eating fruits and veggies, am I on the wrong channel? There's never this much health here!
😂😂
People always say no money in bodybuilding but every person featured on here lives in a really nice house. Am I missing something?
We always try to the main sources of income for all of the athletes we feature on the show - he talks about his online training business in the video
What a nice dude
He's a really cool guy. Was a great time working with him
Unsurprisingly surgical documentation from Tuttle lol

Damn Chris could be a chef after his bodybuilding career. The Muscled Chef.
and the most important thing for the diet ...............
Give this man props. Not the typical rice/chicken.
Very good video like always
Thanks so much we appreciate the support!
This dude gets it. Healthy way to eat and gets his veg in
A coach that has a masters in Nutrition, that right there is worth every dollar spent.
Why wouldn’t you add the mushrooms or spinach as carbs?
Best Food Prep ever!
Bro was making up for the entire existence of bodybuilders who don’t eat their fruits/veggies
😂
😂 he looks like he has a prank muscle suit on. But that’s actually him!!!! Lol!!!!!
Wow, this guy has has his eating down to a science.
He sure does!
He knows precisely how much fat, calories and protein he's taking in!
Yo!!! Them hands look official!!!
Where can I get that giant bag of Bell & Evans chicken from? I’ve never seen that before
I learned a ton from this video
So happy to hear this!
Wow how beautiful life can be if you are successful
Agreed! Chris has worked super hard with his career and build a very successful life for himself!
I always start breakfast with a whole chicken embryo on toast, little runny, so good.
The Ama guy!!
Finally something good for naturals to follow 🙌
Lot's of great info here, we learned a ton ourselves!
Chris runs a gram of Tren a week among other compounds. The strict diet is to compensate that.
I read the title as Chris Turtle🐢😅
If you're going to do the videos please describe everything you do you had supplements and other stuff with your breakfast there was no mention of those
Not everything shot can always fit because the length of the video would be too long. The supplements were Ubiquinol, Fish Oil, Vitamin D, Turmeric, Vitamin K2 and heart & kidney supplements.
The way how he explains his diet , obviously comes from a nutritionist
Facts .
What did he use for the spray oil and how much of each
Isn’t 150g of raw chicken around 45 46g of protein… not cooked weight?
This dude rollerblading has to be hilarious to see
Most of the pros take digestive enzymes for digestion but don’t eat and veggies or fruit 😂
Cilantro lives forever!!!
Have you ever tried making your own homemade Mexican salsa with cilantro 🌿 and peppers 🌶 to add to your chicken?

I personally love it in all my meals.
Check it out 🥊 😃👍🏼
That sounds amazing!
Finally someone who respects the non stick pan. Usually BB just scrape the shit out of them with metal spatulas 😂
Too bad he doesn't have his own channel. He has aot of good nutrition tips. I would sub for sure
I’m sure it’s something he’s thought about
How many times did you have to film the first scene because he kept burning his toast?
The amount of hacks I just learned! wow
🤯
“i like vegetables” as he’s holding tomatoes
lol
